Excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead of 50 mtr and lift of 1.5 mtr etc including levelling and dressing the foundation trenches, stacking the excavated materials away from the work site etc as per the instruction of E.I.C.

Supplying, filling in foundation & plinth with well watered sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm(6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royality taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete i as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement,thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement of any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125micron thick polythene film,wedges,steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovel,rakes,compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contaction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant,dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where Spefied) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 etc. complete as per specification direction of the E.I.C.

Finishig Wall with Weather seal Coat two coats of approved shade to out side the wall surface including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved Enamel Paint over a coat of approved primer to wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering, polishing the surface with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for thework etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coats over intrior wall surface with Distemper of approved shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C..
