FINISHING

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

15mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : (i) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm.

MISCELLANEOUS

75 cm, high fencing with angle iron post 50 X 50 X 6 mm of 1.24 m long placed at every 2.44 m apart embeded in R.C.C. columns and every 1st, 5th and corner posts to be struted providing with 6 (six) horizontal lines and two diagonals of G.I. barbed wire ( 0.164 kg/m.) between two posts filled and fixed with G.I. staples etc. complete.

ROOFING AND CEILING

P/F false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain / semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bounded pressed particle board conforming to I.S: 3087 finished wiP/F false ceiling with 12 mm thick plain / semi perforated or with design ceiling tiles of BWP type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin bounded pressed particle board conforming to I.S: 3087 finished with a ccoat of aluminium primer on both sides 7 edges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality on exposed face fixed to a grid made out of anodised aluminium (with 15 micron anodic coating) T-section 35 X 15 X 1.5 mm size main runners placed 600 mm centre both ways so as to form a grid of 600 mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by level adjusting hangers of 6 mm dia M.S. rod fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats. The suspenders shall be placed 600 X 1200 mm centre to centre i/c fixing to the frame with C.P brace screws and applying a priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately).

FLOORING

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with waterabsorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, ofapproved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointingwith grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting thejoints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tilesmust be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying oftiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips ofrequired thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placingthe tiles gently and easily.(1)Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size (ii)Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

FINISHING

Applying priming coat :- (a) With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in charge.
