1.Loose & Fixed Furniture Items comprising of Tables, Chairs, Sofas, Workstations, Storage Units etc. (of approved brand and quality) made out of approved materials, in size (as specified below), shape, quality, design and finish etc. complete all as per the approved furniture schedule, manufacturer's specifications, approved shop drawings / sketches / images .

2. All veneer wherever applicable shall be 4mm thick book-matching, of approved make and quality

3. All laminate wherever applicable shall be 1mm thick book-matching, of approved make and quality.

4. All plywood shall be commercial ply/HDF board conforming to the latest IS norms.
