Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any shape and size of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground and preparing post holes for providing new posts in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for MS work for fencing post/gates and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe-290 or Fee-330, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS zink coating 60 gms as per IS 4826 fencing of any mesh size and 3mm dia or wire complete all as specified. Note : This items shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only 4mm dia galvanised medium coated steel wire cut to length as required for fixing chain the fencing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 5 to 10 mm dia and length exc 5cm and n.exc 10cm mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surface of width or girth exc 10cm & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in coping, edging rounded or chamfered type etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes,sewage line pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling Random rubble masonary uncoursed well bonded bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 21.00 here in before but except stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster or stone / brick wall, ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick / stone masonary surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-WPC measured and paid separately.

M&L for rough cast plaster over 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone / brick masonary wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repair for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50mm graded aggregate, Jalli 35mm thick including all mouldings set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for newly plastered surfaces of wall / Jalli and two coats of cement base paint over one coat of cement based primer on plastered/ concrete surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in of flooring without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment coloured, reflective type of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment coloured, reflective type of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete 1:3:6 Type c1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in kerbs stone (100mm thick) or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete fixed in position & set in CM (1:4) incl necessary excavation required & removal of spoil to a distance exc 50 m all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles ((Endura tile) 30cm x 30cm x 10-12 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over 15 mm screed bed in CM mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforeced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforcement with TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking bending binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as in landing cover, drain cover, water troughs and in similar work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 300 mm dia Concrete bed in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 300mm Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 18-20 mm thick granite ( of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window cills, cooking platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
