Providing and applying two component Polysulphide Gun Grade sealant on concrete surface. Carry out surface preparation including grinding of concrete surface, proper cleaning, removing of loose mortar, bitumen residuals, curing compound residues, repairing of floor cracks and dents using suitable repair mortar. Correct joint depth can be established by inserting polyethylene based Backer Material tightly into the joint. Use bond breaker tape over the backer material. Protect surface with masking tape. Apply primer on the two sides. Allow flas-off time of at least 45 minutes before sealant application (maximum 8 hours). The two components are mixed in the manufacurer's suggested ratio or EIC ith a low speed mixer. Mix for approximately 8-10 minutes until a smooth, even consistency is achieved.
