Construction of Multi storied Residential building (Stilt + 9 Upper floors ) consisting 700 tenements to be plinth area of atleast 400 Sq.ft each tenement by using conventional method on Turnkey design Basis including planning, designing, vetting by third party under EPC method using M25 grade for RCC pile foundation as per soil condition and minimum of M30 grade for RCC framed structure including pile cap, Masonry, internal & external water supply and Sanitary arrangements, internal and external Electrification works (including street light), Sink, Joineries, Plastering, Tiles flooring, Dadooing, Painting, Cupboard arrangements, Firefighting & Safety arrangements, steel grills, necessary motor provisions for sumps, cement flooring at ground floor parking area, electrical panel room, meter room, lightening arrester etc., complete as per the direction of engineer in-charge. (including other Conditions / Parameter / facilities stipulated in the bidding documents)

Paving of Cement Concrete Road with M30 Grade of 150mm thick with necessary sub grade of WMM

Providing Paver Block 63mm thick with necessary sub grade.

Supplying, erecting and commissioning of following Lift at site including all materials, transportation, labour charges, loading and unloading, fuel charges, etc.,

a. Passenger Lift – 845 Kgs

b. Stretcher Lift - 1040 Kgs

Towards charges payable to TANGEDCO in connection with drawing power supply from external point to the premises including RMG unit, Transformers with necessary cabling and accessories etc., complete as per the TANGEDCO norms

Providing suitable size masonry Storm Water Drain as per site condition.

Providing Rain water harvesting as per CMWSSB Norms

Construction of RCC UG Sump with one lakh litre capacity each

Supplying and planting Native avenue trees of minimum 5 feet height including digging, manure, red earth, etc., rate including all materials, transportation, labour charges, loading and unloading, fuel charges, etc.,

Other department charges

Provision of Single phase EB service connection obtain from TANGEDCO with required materials such as board, single phase meter, wire, fuse carrier, EB deposit, Service connection charges, labour charges, transportation, loading & unloading and other required materials, etc.,

Provision of Three phase EB service connection (for common services) obtain from TANGEDCO with required materials such as board, three phase meter, wire, fuse carrier, EB deposit, Service connection charges, labour charges, transportation, loading & unloading and other required materials, etc.,

Architectural fee for preparation of Drawings & design, Consultation fee for Co-ordination with concern department (including official fee of Rs.30,00,000/-).

Supplying, erecting and commissioning of 250 KVA DG set at site including all materials, (including AMF panel connecting to main panel with ATS switches, cabling, etc.,) transportation, labour charges, loading and unloading, fuel charges, etc.,
