Taking down old unsv street light fittings any type from pole/ wall/ other similar situation and refixing, re-connecting the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/ replacement of unsv accessories to make the fittings functional, complete all as speecified and directed. Note:-Accessories required to make the fittings functional shall be measured & paid seperately as supply only under relevent items.

Supply only the following accessories to be incorporated for repair of street light fittings taken out under item No-1 above are as under:-

LED driver for street light fittings of 25 to 35 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

LED driver for street light fittings of 40/45 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

LED driver for street light fittings of 60/70 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

LED driver for street light fittings of 90/120 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Glass cover for street light fittings upto 120 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F thermo plastic street light weather proof out door type junction box of size 200mmx 160mm x 98mm complete with 4 way connector-01 No, 6 Amps SP MCB-01 No, easily openable and having locking arrangement including incoming and out going cable holes with fixing MS clamp and water tight polymide cable gland for each connection with & including taking down old unsv junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.50M in depth for taking up or laying of under ground cable in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling soil in trenches including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal excavated soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade armoured, heavy duty XLPE electric cable with aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old/ unsv cable any type complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 7 above but 16 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 7 above but 10 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm complete all as specified & directed. ( Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment )

Supply and laying burnt best quality locally available bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to UG cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 40mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, light grade including all fittings laid in trenches/ fixed to pole/ along wall/ floor etc for protection of cable/ strip including fixing to pole with M.S. clamp, nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix PVC insulated, 1100 volts grade, stranded aluminium conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm, twin core, connecting from Street light junction box to light fittings including taking down old/ unsv cable any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC conduit/pipes 15 mm dia and fixed with the pole by clamping / saddling for protection of connecting wires, connection from junction box to light fittings, including taking down old pipe any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair decorative post top lantern LED light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for & including 20 watt LED lamp (B22) fixed with & including stand post of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade, 1 mtr long and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of suitable size to light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 45 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light 50 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed. Make: HAVELLS Cat Part No. JETAQUANTOPLUSFLP50WLED757SYMLENS or equivalent Cat part of Make as specified in PS.

S&F in repair LT AB cable of size 3x35 sqmm ( for phase) and 1x25 sqmm( for neutral) twisted arround the bar messenger of 1x25 sqmm, made out of aluminium stranded circular compacted conductor, XLPE insulated all as per IS: 14255, IS 398 part-IV 7098 part-I including suspension clamp with eye hook at every 35 to 40 mtr span mounted on pole by means of MS clamp complete all as specified and directed. Note: MS clamp suitable for pole for holding suspension clamp shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm bore, medium grade, 1.5 metre long bent to shape as directed, including suitable MS clamp of MS Flat with MS bolts, nuts and washer fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC pole duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint including taking down u/s bracket any type all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular of size of aluminum conductor 6 sq mm stranded conductor including taking down old UNSV cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 30 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminum conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular of size of aluminum conductor 10 sq mm stranded conductor including taking down old UNSV cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earthing in replacement for poles and other machinery/eqpt using GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 32x6mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete upto and PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame, charcoal, common salt15cm at round the earth plate watering pipe 20mm med grade/galvanized and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for GI strip protected steel with funnel complete all as specified and directed as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.

S&F in repair of aluminium strip 25 x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws, insulators rawal plugs etc for conductor for roof and fixed on wall upto test point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of copper strip 20 x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws, insulators rawal plugs etc for conductor for roof and fixed on wall upto test point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze 75 x 75 x 25mm of 6mm thickness drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 90 x 90 x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.
