Supply and fixing of Hi -Tensile Ferrari 750 GSM with complete fixtures. The post made of 150 x150 x 4mm. The trusswill be of 4" dia with 3.60mm thick.The vertical and the cross will be of 145x 82 x 4mm.Application of one coat of MRF epoxy SPEP Primer grey followed by two coats of MRF Spectra polyurethane enamel top coat matching of IS 800 self drilling screws used as fixtures. The rate including cost of MS truss work, MS vertical support pillars, Horizontal purlins, Aluminium plate for bottom and top with sealant for all joint of sheets and labour charges for all fabrication works and sheet fixing work etc.complete and as directed by the deparment officers.

Supplying and Fixing of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) door with solid door frames extruded with size 75mmX50mm. The Inner core made of rigid WPC compound with minimum shore hardness of 55, and Buld Density 750Kg/cub.Mt. The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 10X10mm long MS screw throught the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4nos screww to be provided for each vertical members,Door shutter of 25mm thick Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single core Extruded Door Shutter, with one side digital printing of Specified Design which is approved by engineer-In-Charge. Both side of the shutter shall have rough sugar texture finish, aminated with UV oil. The solid WPC board shall have minimum shore hardness of 55 and Bulk density 550Kg/Cub.Mt moulding the thickness remains 25mm(+/-1mm) etc complete as per the direction of the departmental officers.

Providing and Filling the tile joint with epoxy grout with following specification : Surface preparation including cleaning the joint to be free from dust and loose particles. Providing masking tape on either side of the tile joint edges and providing sealing the tile gap with epoxy tile joint grout and finishing neatly and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc. complete.

Providing Ornamental sthapthi band of width 100 / 150 mm (Shape and Size should be directed by the Engineer in charge) alround the parapet using cement mortar 1 :2 with required materials such as Cement, bricks, sand and with scaffolding arrangements to a height of 60 m from GL etc as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Elevation band of width 75 mm around the opening (Shape and Size should be directed by the Engineer in charge) using cement mortar 1 :2 with required materials such as Cement, bricks, sand and with scaffolding arrangements to a height of 60 m from GL etc as directed by the departmental officers
