Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant with driver and lamp including surge protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F LED Building Security light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure diecast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection including GI bend ,clamps all misc accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for wiring with single core PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2 x 1.5 Sqmm drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories and 1.5 Sqmm FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire from MCB DB SPN 4 Way to Ceiling Rose of Bldg security light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling rose three terminal surface bakelite type AC 50 Hz 230 volts of size 65 x 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door with magnitic locking system including refixing / fixing of incoming & outgoing MCBs and making smooth the wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated heavy duty and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor and drawing through conduit of suitable size and including provision of 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm insulated copper cable for earth continuity conductor and connecting to earth dolly complete from PVC Junction box to street light fittings / Post Top fittings and from Main DB to SPN DB all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) 3 Runs of 1.5 Sqmm cable shall be measured as one unit length. (ii) The wiring shall be done in proper color coding using red, yellow, blue for phases, black for neutral and green for earth.

S & F PVC Junction box of size 140 x 140 x 95 mm, light weight pole mounting hinged type including necessary clamp for MCB mounting and mounting of Box on pole/pipe with MS flat frame arrangement and necessary connector for looping in and looping out cable connection and suitable glands complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and laying PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying PCC(1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,testing, laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, 2 core 6 sqmm laid in trenches / duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps / passing through pipe/Tunnel/under ground/surface up to the termination point(as directed by Engr-in-Charge) and cable end terminations crimped with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands with tool,nuts,bolts etc and connecting end terminations to DBs/LT panel/Busbar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply,testing, laying & commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured (heavy duty) electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, 1100 volts grade, 2 core 10 sqmm laid in trenches / duct/ fixed to wall with suitable size clamps / passing through pipe/Tunnel/under ground/surface up to the termination point(as directed by Engr-in-Charge) and cable end terminations crimped with suitable size cable lugs, cable glands with tool,nuts,bolts etc and connecting end terminations to DBs/LT panel/Busbar etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of HDPE double wall corrugated pipe confirming to IS -14930 Part with IP protection IP-67 having Outer dia 50 mm complete terminated up to termination end point complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25mtr below ground level connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers etc made out of GI earth wire will be protected by galvanized iron pipe medium grade 15mm bore up to main distribution board/main switch including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 including necessary reinforcement etc including funnel and GI pipe for watering complete all as show electric plate No.3 of MES Such Part-I., directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Earth work is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge at no extra cost
