Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure upto floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : Both face dressed.:Red sand stone

Wall lining butch work upto 10m height with red/ white sand stone 40 mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strips of minimum length 300 mm and required width including embedding every tenth layer and bottom most layer in masonry or concrete after making necessary chases of size 75x75mm and by providing layer of 75mm thick strips i/c 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) i/c ruled pointing in cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
