Cleaning the Surface with wire brush, high pressure water jet to remove dust , dirt etc. All Honeycombs/ loose concrete will be treated using low-shrink cement mortar. The construction joints will be chased open and filled with high strength polymer mortar & grouted with cement slurry by fixing nozzles at distance of 2m c/c. Providing and applying cementitious based crystalline slurry/ crystalline waterproofing slurry in two coats in depth concrete waterproofing to Raft and Retaining wall from Inside . Waterproofing material, shall react with the free lime and moisture within the capillary tracts of the concrete, to form insoluble gel crystals that penetrate deep into the concrete. These insoluble crystals formed shall permanently block the capillaries and minor cracks up to 0.3mm width that are present in the concrete, and driving out water to provide a permanently waterproofed concrete. The compound of active chemicals, while in the absence of moisture shall remain dormant and re-activate once the concrete structure is re-exposed to moisture or water. The crystalline waterproofing treatment shall remain waterproofed even under pressure and at the same time allow the concrete to “breathe” by allowing the passage of water vapor out of the structure.

Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Rolling shutters gear operated type with handles including top hood 0.90 mm thick.

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing wicket gate of specified size in the M.S rolling shutters including fixing with fixing arrangements, hinges, locking arrangements, frames etc. all as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Extra over the cost of rolling shutters for providing and fixing motorized arrangements ( with remote & manual operation) including designing, control panels, limit switches, required wiring and cables from panel to motor and required size of shaft etc of approved make all as per standard specifications including commisioning and testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge(Only power supply point will be provided).

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardner topping under layer 38 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and top layer 12 mm thick wearing surface with metallic floor hardner, cement being mixed with metallic floor hardner of approved quality and make in the ratio of 4:1 (4 cement and 1 metallic floor hardner) by weight and this cement hardner compound mixed with 6 mm down graded stone aggregate in the ratio of 1:2 by volume including providing and fixing 25 X 3 mm aluminium strip. This includes cost of cement slurry, finishing to the required finishing and cleaning neatly while handing over the areas etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and fixing precoated Galvalume Roofing profile sheets of approved size, shape and pitch up to and including single length of 12.00 met. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Carrying out Civil Engineering works like surveying & leveling, checking of formwork fabrication, reinforcement fabrication as per drawings, witnessing sample retrieval & testing for various construction materials, ensuring concrete ingredient ratio at batching plant and pouring of appropriate grade of concrete in plain and reinforced concrete works, ensuring proper mixing of approved ingredients & waterproofing admixtures for mortars and brickwork, plaster, flooring & waterproofing works, and other civil & PH works including supervision of construction safety as per BARC specifications & relevant documentation, compiling, binding and preparation of tender documents & Agreements overall as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (1)Each Job shall be carried out by one qualified Degree holder Engineer with 1(one) year experience/Diploma holder Engineer with 3 (Three) year experience /Licentiate in Civil/Construction Engineering /Technology conducted by Board of Technical Examinations / University/ Autonomous Govt /Govt recognized recognized Polytechnic/ Institute. (2)Deployment : The contractor shall deploy one Engineer for each job for minimum 26 working days per month for minimum 8 ½ hours per day with 30 minutes of break, in General (Ist / IInd) or on Round the clock shift including Saturdays, Sundays & holidays whenever necessary as per the discretion of the Engineer-in-Charge during the contract period. In case of emergency works like continuous pouring of concrete or shutdown/maintainance work, the person will have to stay longer occasionally as per the instruction of the Engineer in-charge. No additional payment will be made on this account. The contractor shall pay a minimum renumeration to the deployed Engineer, with basic pay equivalent to Level Pay 6 as per 7th CPC of Govt. Of India. (3)The contractor shall carry out number of jobs per month as per requirement at site. (4) Mode of measurement : Measurement will be per job basis. A single job shall be carried out by deploying one engineer exclusively for the particular job. (5) Engineer should be engaged after scrutiny of BARC Engineers/Engineer-in-charge and approved by Competent authority and the deployed engineer will report to BARC Engineer/Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & supplying of Pick-up Van/Utility Van for various areas for the requirements arising from time to time inside and outside BARC. The Pick-up Van/Utility Van of five seaters capacity with the back side provision for transporting / shifting of various construction/maintenance materials, machinaries and tools etc. and for other works including Driver as assigned and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (8Hrs. a day or 80 km max as per certification of Engineer-in-Charge). Conditions : 1.The above rates shall be inclusive of cost of supply of Pick-up Van/Utility Van, Fuel, wages of Drivers and other consumables etc. 2.The Reporting time at the place of duty/as instructed by EIC shall be considered for the billing /measurement /payment. 3. In case the pick up van is parked inside the BARC premises then the reporting time of the driver to EIC shall be considered for the billing/ measurement/ payment. 4.Break Down Hours as per actuals and Lunch break (30 min) timings shall not be considered for payment. 5.Fraction of hours shall be rounded off to nearest half an hour at the time of preparing the Running / final bills. 6. BARC being a strategic Organisation, the driver should have good credentials and shall have valid PVC, driving license and address proof. They should be in a position to understand Hindi / English / local language. 7. The make and model of the vehicle should be of not more than 8 years old, roadworthy all valid documents. 8.The vehicle shall be maintained in good running condition with good upholstery, fitness, good tyres and shall commensurate with the image of BARC. The tyres of the vehicles shall be replaced periodically and always with tyres of good condition. 9. The vehicle should be free from all sorts of defects and will be subjected to inspection by a representative of BARC whose decision is final and binding as regards suitability of that particular vehicle. 10. The vehicle should be transport vehicle and preferably in white colour with a board "ON GOVERNMENT OF INDIA DUTY". 11. The cost of POL, maintenance of vehicle including replacement of parts, wages of driver, Motor Vehicle taxes, comprehensive insurance, etc. shall be payable by the Contractor and BARC shall have no liability towards usage of the vehicle. 12. The cost of damages to any Government movable/immovable property in and around the site shall be entirely borne by the Contractor. 13. The rates are inclusive of all taxes if any, including Goods & Service taxes (GST). 14. The contractor shall arrange adequate insurance coverage for his personnel. Department shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident / injury caused to the driver while executing the job. 15. The contractor shall follow minimum wages act and other rules of Government of Maharashtra. 16. No revision of price shall be entertained during the period of contract. 17. Hours more / less than 8 Hrs. a day will be paid / deducted on pro-rata basis. 18. In case of absence of Driver/vehicle for entire week, a penalty of Rs. 3000 /- will be imposed for that week.

PART-C : AIR CONDITIONING WORKS Installation, testing and commissioning of Split AC units of up to 2TR capacity as per clause no.163.0 of technical specification.

Copper tubing: Supply and installation of refrigeration quality copper tubing of minimum 24 gauge thick along with sleeve type insulation wrapped with mansoon tape required for installation of split air conditioners of up to 2TR Nominal capacity at site as per clause no. 164.0 of technical specification. NB: Each running meter of copper tubes will consists of one meter each of suction and discharge line together along with insulation.

Condensate Drain Piping: Supply and lying of condensate drain pipe of following sizes as per clause no. 165.0 of technical specification.
