Supply and erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3 mm thickness 4 Mtr. Long with top dia 70 mm and bottom dia 135 mm with base plate of size 200X200X12 mm, including cost of foundation accessories, nuts and bolts etc. The foundation bolts ( "J" type or as per manufacturer design) should be hot dipped galvanized, Terminal plate consisting of 2 nos. 100 A, 4 pole natural links including connection etc. with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 nos. MCBs and door locking arrangement including RCC 1:2:4 foundation (of size as per OEM Design) for fixing the pole with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer - In - Charge

SITC of tubular FRP pole of 76 mm nominal diameter of 1 Mtr length/height including 32 mm dia bracket of length minimum 30 cm for fixing light fixtures, with 200 x 200 x 5 mm base plate and required holes for installation with base including concrete foundation and bolt etc. as required including painting with synthetic enamel paint etc. complete upto the satisfaction of EIC.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type, dust & vermin proof, out door type, floor mounted electrical panel with IP 54 protection, suitable for 415 V,3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick detachable gland plate and front hinged door locking arrangement, i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having extendable TPN Aluminum Alloy bus bars of high conductivity, DMC/ SMC bus bar supports, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 50 mm x 50 mm x 4mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al. bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. Supply of Energy efficient 45-48 watt LED street light fixtures with sufficient number of LEDs, control gear / driver and all other associated accessories and having color temperature 5700 K and conforming to the degree of protection IP65 complete as required and as specified.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor, armored LT Cable, conforming to IS 7098 (Part -1) 1988 with upto date amendments and as specified, of following sizes.

Supply of Pole mounted SMC junction box with suitable Bottom Entry for 02(two) nos. 4C x 16 Sqmm cable and IP 55 for out door use including, 01No. of 6 Amp SPN MCB, Din channel, Connecter, PVC Glands for above cable and Suitable accessories required for mounting JB on existing pole (Like clamp, Nut Bolts etc.) Complete as per site requirement.

Supply & Laying 3X2.5 Sqmm Cu flexible wire inside street light pole for connection of MCB to light fixtures as required and as specified.

Supply of HDPE pipes, conforming to IS 14930 (Part II) with upto date amendments of following size complete as required.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of 01 nos. LED street light fixtures on the existing octagonal pole with bracket complete required.

Installation of SMC junction Box on existing pole including Supplying and making end termination for two (02) cables of size 4C x 16 Sqmm of 1.1 KV grade complete as required. The job includes excavation, removing existing loop in/loop out cable, termination into new junction box and making good of the excavated surface etc. as per site requirement.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of Octagonal pole side covers (Loop in /Loop out Box Cover) with necessary locking arrangement and suitable for existing street light poles.

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract.
