SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in approved earth, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of aluminium/ GI strip of any size incl insutator test point etc., all as directed.

Testing of earth Resistance of existing earth pit as and when required using earth resistance testing equipments as directed by the Engr-In- Charge and producing the test result for recording purpose complete all as specified and directed. [Note: i)The contractor shall be carried out the Earth Test four times in a contract period and whole measured as on unit. ii) Testing of each earth pit shall be measured as one unit. iii) All test result to be entered in a register properly bound and covered and to be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge duly sign by user rep. iv) For the purpose of testing, contractor shall arranged the all necessary equipments and apparatus/ instruments at his own cost without any extra claim.

Material and labour for repairs to Earth pit including replacement of broken RCC cover by new 50 mm thick pre cast RCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar) including form work complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of lightning conductor for its continuity through skilled electrician and helper using megger and other necessary tools, plants and equipments including rectification of the discontinuity by providing new lightning conductor or refixing the displaced exisitng lightning conductor in place as required on top priority as and when required including necessary minor repair work as required during rectification complete all as specified and directed. [Note: -i) Complete lightning arrester/conductor system of the Each building shall be measured as one unit. ii) All the materials required to complete the work at site such as wooden plugs, Nut, bolt, Washers, shaddles, fixing screw etc shall be provided by the contractor and deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. iii) New material such as Air terminal, GI/Aluminium strip shall be measured and paid separately. iv) Labour cost for all refixing work shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted of this item. v) For the purpose of testing contractor shall supply all equipments and instruments at his own cost without any extra claim] vi) Supply of 03 nos insulator in each RM of GI/ Al strip for fixing on wall /roof. vii)The contractor shall be carried out the lightening conductor continuity test four times in a contract period and whole measured as one unit.

Supply only Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm including replacement of insulating blocks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Air Termination rod 300mm long including GI pipe (Medium grade) 2 m length by clamp 3 set of suitable size including anchor bolt 100mm long 6 nos including all fixing accessories to fixed at the top of the bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for jointing of aluminium strip by using 2 Nos 25X10 mm galvanised steel nut bolt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Advance Maintenance Free zinc & alloy coated GI safe earthing electrode with pipe in pipe technology of not less than 76.30 mm outer dia (Thickness not less than -2.5MM) and 42.40 mm inner dia (Thickness not less than 3.2 MM) and three meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised with zinc (80 -100 micron) and alloy ( 250 - 300 micron) coated. The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 50 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and BackFill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification . GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI. The earting pit should be cover with PCC (1:2:4 type B-1) cover, of size 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed. Zinc and alloy coated safe earthing electrode sould be of make ASHLOK/TRUE POWER /TERCEL/JMV. Note: (i) For earth electrode, excavation to be done of size not less than 3M x 0.75M X 0.75M and excatied soil to be replace with good quality/highly conductive soil, rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Earth Resistance should be less than 2 ohm (iii) All earth connection to be done using special steel nut bolt.

M&L in replacement for Advance Maintenance Free G.I. safe earthing Electrode with pipe of not less than 50 mm outer dia (Thickness not less than -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification. GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with PCC (1:2:4, type B-1) cover ,of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed make TRUE POWER/ ASHLOK / INDELEC/ TERCEL. Note:- i) For earth electrode, excavation to be done of size not less than 3M x 0.75M X 0.75M and excatied soil to be replace with good quality/highly conductive soil, rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Earth Resistance should be less than 1 ohm (iii) All earth connection to be done using special steel nut bolt.

S&F in repair for LED Aviation/ Obstruction Light installed on The Roof of Overhead reservoir or on High mast light with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. Make:-C&S /Surya/ Philips/ Bajaj/ Havells/ CG

S&F in repair of GI Clamps suitable for 32 mm dia Pipe including 2 nos anchor bolts of size 80mmx102mm by drilling of brick/RCC wall incluing masonary work as required for making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to existing down of roof conductor by providing PVC Conduit of size 40mm bore alongwith clamps etc., complete all as directed.

S&F in repair of GI Pipe 50 mm light grade for protection of cable on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm all as specified and as directed. (Make;- TATA/Jindal/Prakash/BST)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate as cube of size 25cm x25cm x25cm(LxBxH) including nut & bolt for ixing of strip etc with necessary form work i(f required) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of GI Pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of cable on road/drain/floor/pole including necessary clamps 40x4mm all as specified and as directed. (Make;- TATA/Jindal/Prakash/BST)

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 40,750.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 29). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
