Supply and fixing of building security light fitting LED 35 Watt IP 66 IK 07 pressure dia cast aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting souce and PC cover having TOP opening sepreate drive compartment with bracket of GI pipe medium grade of 40mm bore dia, 1.2 meter in length, MS clamps made of FI 40 mm x 6mm incl nuts, bolts & washers including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink chrome primer and connecting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F for MCB DB TPN 4 way double door IP 43 complete prewired including Bus Bar etc suitable for operation on 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary provision for inserting the DBs in wall by cutting the brick/stone masonary etc and making good of distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F fans ceiling fans complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230 V, 1200 mm sweep necessary connecting cable recommended / provided by manufacturer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix steel body heavy duty exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep with louver complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fix water heater storage type (Geyser) vertical type, inner container of capacity 25 ltrs, electrically operated, AC 230 Volts, BEE 5 star rated. including required Nos of fashner nuts required suitable size fixed in brick wall complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one SP MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom, burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground levl connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia as earthing lead up to Panel /DB BOX as per site requirement by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection including test point terminal cover the earhing hole by PCC chamber and GI cover and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size of cross sectional aera 35 Sqmm 3½ core with cable lugs, gland, cable termination box etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply & laying 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and not exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCB Tripple pole and netural rated capacity 100 Amps, 415 volts breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 50 mm bore GI tubing "light garde "in treches on pole for protection of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for the size 20 mm bore with fittings and accessories. ISI marked and as per IS 14846 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge
