Foundation:- Steel structure for the following foundations:-Foundation ofFoundation of 6.6/4.15 KV Transformers , Foundation of 66 KV SF-6 BREAKER as needed and in accordance with approved design and drawings including excavation and refilling of soil complete in all respect and any other work contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT(Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement. Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D kg or more ( for M-30) .

Foundation :- Design and construction of RCC Grade M30 Using Concrete Mixer C.C of M30 concrete platforms for Foundation of 6.6/4.15 KV Transformers , Foundation of 66 KV SF-6 BREAKER , including excavation and back filling as required to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge as needed and in accordance with approved design and drawings including excavation and refilling of soil complete in all respect and any other work contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT.

Yard :- Designing and construction of yard with 100mm thick C.C of M30 concrete after preparation of plinth( i.e compaction and filling of soil followed by 75mm M- 10 concrete and so as to achieve the final plinth level which should be 0.75 meter above the existing road level of WTP Chandu including cable trenches , all electrical , mechanical works in accordance with approved design and drawings and all other works contingent thereto as per sizes and specification given in DNIT(ITEM for M-10).

SITE SURFACING :- Providing, supplying and laying 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) using 20mm nominal coarse aggregates and spreading 100mm thick layer of 40mm nominal size uncrushed/crushed/broken stone/ pebbles over the PCC including construction of toe wall (exposed wall plastered with cement mortar 1:5) to hold 40mm size uncrushed/crushed/ broken stone/pebbles wherever required in the bays covered under the present scope as detailed in the GELO and instructions of XEN/Civil Works Division. Surplus earth, if any shall be disposed of to a suitable undisputed place outside the substation without any extra cost.

CABLE TRENCHES :Supply of labour, material such as cement, R/F steel, steel angles, flats, PCC and brick pillars below cable trenches for construction of Out DoorD Type Cable Trenches (ODCT).

SITC of LT panel board of 3000 KVA transformer with two no. Incomer and 1 no bus coupler and 5 nos outgoing feeders.
