The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnoverof V/N or V whichever is less. Where, V= Advertised value of the tenderin Crores of Rupees. For participating in tenders for a work in any state the Contractors shall have to possess electrical license of appropriate voltage issued by any State Govt. under Clause 45 of compilation of rule of Indian Electricity Rules 1956 or as amended from time to time and a copy of the same should be submitted along with the offer, failing which the offer will summarily be rejected. They shall keep valid license throughout the period of execution of work by getting it renewed at suitable intervals and submit a copy of the same to the Railways after each renewal. In the event of any discontinuity in validity of electrical license of the contractor, its authority to work with Railways will also automatically cease to be valid

Technical Eligibility Criteria: Certificates and testimonialsregarding contracting experience for the type of job for whichtender is invited with list of works carried out in the past(Experience in Similar Work with supporting documents as perminimum eligibility criteria laid down in tender document).

Details of organization. {The tenderer shall clearly specifywhether the tender is submitted on his own (Proprietary Firm) oron behalf of a Partnership Firm/ Company/Joint Venture(JV)/Registered Society/Registered Trust/Hindu Undivided Family(HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. The tenderer(s)shall enclose the attested copies of the constitution of theirconcern and copy of PAN Card along with their tender. TenderDocuments in such cases are to be signed by such persons asmay be legally competent to sign them on behalf of the firm,company, association, trust, or society, as the case may be}.

The tenderer whether sole proprietor/a company or apartnership firm/registered society/registered trust/HUF/ LLP etcif they want to act through agent or individual partner(s), shouldsubmit along with the tender, a copy of power of attorney dulystamped and authenticated by a Notary Public or by Magistratein favour of the specific person whether he/they be partner(s) ofthe firm or any other person, specifically authorizing him/themto sign the tender, submit the tender and further to deal with theTender/Contract up to the stage of signing the agreement exceptin case where such specific person is authorized for abovepurposes through a provision made in the partnershipdeed/Memorandum of Understanding/Article ofAssociation/Board resolution, failing which tender shall besummarily rejected.

In case of other than Company/Proprietary firm, Annexure - F(Annexure- V(A) of GCC) shall be submitted by the each memberof a Partnership firm/Joint Venture(JV)/Hindu Undivided Family(HUF)/Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc. as the case may be.Non-submission of above certificate(s) by the bidder shall resultin summarily rejection of his/their bid.
