M&L for dewatering, cleaning of Over Head reservoir any height and underground sumps of following capacities with high pressure water jet to remove all small masses (settled particles), algae and dirt and removal of dirty water alongwith sludge and disposal of the same to a safe distance and including scrubbing of internal surfaces and washing with bleaching powder solution, water, etc and writing the date of cleaning in white letters in black background of height two inches complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 01 above but for 50,000 gallons capacity over head reservoirs on 18mtr staging complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 01 above but for 10,000 Gallons capacity over head reservoirs on 12 mtr staging complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe for 20 mm bore pipe (minimum weight 210 gm) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6 above but pipe of 25 mm bore (minimum weight 455 Gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and mix high strength calcium based granular chlorination chemical having 65 % to 70 % available chlorine factory sealed pack to achive the desire PPM level of chlorine and maintain the daily consumption records. The chemical packed in sealed container with anti corrosion and anti scaling agents complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Enc's approved make as approved by AGE (I)

Material and Labour for collecting water sample from different wells in AFAC Coimbatore, packing it safely in sterlized bottles as required quantity and send it to approved govt laboratory (TWAD - Tamilnadu water and drainage board test lab or other approved labs) for testing of potable water/raw water as per IS 10500 with following parameters colour,odour,turbidity, conductivity,TDS,PH,alkalinity,hardness, calcium,magnessium,iron,manganese,ammonia,nitrate,nitrite,chloride,fluoride,sulfite,phosphate,silica,free chlorine,standard plate count, totalcoliform, fecalcoliform, streptococci and special element tests complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing fully automatic star delta starter suitable for 12.5 to 15 HP capacity for submersible pump set 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 HZ including taking out unservicable starter complete.

Disconnecting electrical connection from the starter/panel for submersible pump set of 10 to 15 HP capacity taking up (unserviceable) pump set including motor from bore well of depth 450 feet to 720 feet and after repair reinstalling the same and making necessary electrical connection and lowering the pump and motor including transporting testing and commissioning and necessary tools and plants etc all as specified and directed. Note : Repair work alongwith spares will be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule.

S & F Split opening the submersible pump multi stage 3 phase 10 to15HP capacity and replacing the worn out shaft sleeve ,impellers,diffuser bush,diffuser housing ,bearing, bushes, strainer,bolts,nuts etc and M & L for machining (remetalling, grinding, etc) the shaft and turning, polishing to shaft supply and fixing suitable size gun metal bushes etc reassembling the pump completely all as specified and directed.

M& L for split opening the submersible motor 10HP to15HP capacity and taking out worn out winding and rewinding with copper winding wire as per existing gauge including overall insulation and including replacement of defective parts intermediate sheet bottom and top thrust plate, support bush, oil seal, diaphram, 'O' ring, Key, sand guard and stud and nut complete reassembling the motor complete all as directed.

Supply and replace galvanised steel tubing heavy duty column pipe 50 mm bore dia including fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement gun metal gate valve heavy duly ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipes 25 mm bore dia all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but 40 mm size all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 15 above but 50 mm size all as specified and directed.

Repair of water supply line (raw/fresh water) with mechanical joint , of cast iron pipe line size 100 to 150 mm including taking out the punctured /cracked existing pipe and cutting of damaged /cracked portion of pipe making rough surfaces smooth and champhered by grinding and then connected through mechanical joint of adequate size with rubber rings both sides and fasteners of required size and shape as per site requirement complete including necessary excavation and making good of disturbed surfaces as per existing finish all as specified and as directed. Note (i)During excavation in corporation/highway road the repair/ damage charges of corporation shall be paid by the contractor without any extra claim. (ii) In case of any damage of pipeline/telephone cables/power cable of any department during the time of excavation the contractor shall rectify the same with out any extra claim (iii) The quoted rated deemed to be included for Note Nos (i) & (ii)

Material and labour for disconnect the water supply system from pressure feed pump to jumpo filter main and opening of filter housing removing the old filter, cleaning of filter housing and supply and fix 20" wound jumbo filter suitable for existing RO plant 3000 LPH reconnect the all water connection testing of RO plant with authorized rep of Ozone Technologies complete all as specified and as directed. (Wound Jumpo filter Make- Ozone technologies Code 8421) or equvalent make as copmatitle as approved by Enngineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for disconnect the water supply system from pressure feed pump to pre jumpo filter and opening of filter housing removing the old filter, cleaning of filter housing and supply and fix 20" normal jumbo filter suitable for existing RO plant 3000 LPH reconnect the all water connection testing of RO plant with authorized rep of Ozone Technologies complete all as specified and as directed. (Jumpo filter Make- Ozone technologies Code 8421 or equalent make as compatible as approved by Engineer-in-Charge)

Supply and fix multiport valve 40 NB side mounting type for sand/carbon filter suitable for existing RO plant of 3000 LPH capacity including disconnect/reconnect the water supply pipe line and taking down the unserviceable multiport valve from plant and testing of RO plant with authorized rep of Ozone Technologies complete all as specified and as directed. (Make- Ozone technologies are as recommended by the OEM) or equvalent make as copmatitle as approved by Enngineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 80 x 40 RO membrane suitable for existing RO plant of 3000 LPH capacity including disconnect/reconnect the water supply pipe line and taking down the unserviceable membrane from plant and testing of RO plant with authorized rep of Ozone Technologies complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make- Ozone technologies are as recommended by the OEM) (Note Service report for RO plant from OEM shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer -in-Charge)

Supply and fixing butterfly valve of size 50 mm dia including taking down unserviceable butterfly valve in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing butterfly valve of size 80 mm dia including taking down unserviceable butterfly valve in any position complete all as specified and as directed.
