Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and in equilities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 mtr and lift upto 1.5 mtr all kind of soil as per HSR No.4.4.1

Earth work in excavation for cutting by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upot 1.5 m as directed by EIC all kind of soil as per HSR No.4.12.1

Earth work in excavation for filling by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upot 1.5 m as directed by EIC all kind of soil and carriage of earth encluding loading, unloading and stecking upto 5 Km lead as per HSR No.4.12.1 and carriage of earth by Mech.

Supply of 400g polythene sheet base as per HSR No.B0407

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (Note:- less cement used as per mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix) for all works upto plinth level: M-15 grade plain cement concrete. (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum) HSR No.6.22.2.2

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. less cement used as per mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix) for all works upto plinth level HSR No.6.25.1

Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for: columns, pillar, piers, abutments, post and struts as per HSR No.6.30.6

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work where not including in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays hangers and annealed steel wire etc complete in all respect (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any separatly for different diameters as actually used in work excluding overlaps, wastage couplings welded joints spacer bars chairs stays hangers and annealed stell wire or other methods of biding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be including in the rates for reinforcement ) by thermo-mechanically treated bars for garde 500 D or more HSR No.6.33.6

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade HSR No.11.78

Providing & fixing 20 mm thick compressible fibre board in expansion joint complete as per drawing & MoRt&H Specification HSR No. 27.51.2
