M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 , type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in benching to manholes/drain surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, surface channels and drains, manholes benching/haunching etc.,including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L for MS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, sprillay for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealled) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in man hole cover slabs etc including necessary form work and set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (40 mm graded aggregate) 100 mm thick as pavings, plinth protection, hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (40 mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as pavings, plinth protection, hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only aggregate for loose filling, of gauge 40 to 80 mm graded.

Supply only course aggregate for loose filling of gauge 20 mm graded.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250x250x25 mm thick PVC moulded chequered coloured glossy tiles (confirming to IS: 13801-1993 and shall contain ISI mark) with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade laid over screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks completely by empting the liquid/semi solid foul contents by mechanically or manually, including cleaning of inlets and outlets pipes and disposal of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cleaning of filter media material from filter bed of any size and depth including bailing out water, removing the filter media out of septic tanks, scarying, washing and screening to sizes as directed and loose filling back in the filter bed including old and new materials complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/removing foreign material from manholes manually and mechanically and removing the same from MD land including taking out manhole covers and replacing the same of any size and depth all as specified and directed.
