Complete rewinding of 7.5 HP Submersible motor after dismantling of damaged motor at WSS Ahgam. The job involves Extraction of damaged/burnt coils from the motor, cleaning of each slot and then rewinding of the motor by new specific gauge, suitable size, and quality PVC insulated copper wire as per norms and specifications

Rewinding of motor by way of arrangement of highly skilled labour, tools, tackles etc.
Providing and fitting of G.M bushes nos to both sides of the rotor as per sample.
Providing and fitting of ratchet assembly as per sample.
Reassembling the motor at workshop and further To and fro carriage of motor from site to workshop and back to site in a private vehicle including all leads and lifts and testing the motor at site on working conditions .The rate includes rebate on old scrap retained by the contracting agency
