Dismantling old plaster or skirting ranking out joint and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead, including cost of materials, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items and GST.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1:5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 pulverised stone sand and 3 stone chips 20mm nominal size) works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement (OPC G-r43, IS 8112:1989), pulverised stone sand and stone chips from local quarry, mixing of concrete, conveying and placing the same, consolidation and curing, cost of all other materials, hire charges of mixer machine, vibrator, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including cutting, bending, binding, and placing in position, cost of steel, cost of G.I. binding wire, cost of transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing form work including centering shuttering so as to give rough finish strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floors to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain cement concrete works, including cost of marine plywood 19mm thick and timber battens (Cat-II), transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing and fixing 20 cm thick masonry with Hollow Block of size 0.40 x 0.20 x 0.20cm cast with cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three quarry dust and six 11.2 mm stone chips), curing, fixing with CM 1:4 in walls, including cost of cement with (OPC Gr-43, IS 8112:1989), Pulverised stone sand, stone chips, all labour charges for casting, curing, walling, hire charges of Hollow block casting machine, cost of timber pallets, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools etc complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 Mainland River sand) for 12 mm thick over sump and hollow block wall, exposed concrete surface etc, including cost of cement, river sand, screening and washing of the all sand, all charges, curing, transportation charges of all materials to work site and minor tools etc complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items and GST.

Painting two coats with plastic emultion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over the cement surface, including cost of Scrapping, cleaning the surface cost of paint, all other materials, labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site and cost of minor tools etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Painting two coats on old work with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade over the wood surface including cost of paint, brush all toher materials scaffolding charges, all labour charges transportation of all materials to work site and minor tools etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items and GST.
