SEWAGE DISPOSAL

M&L "20KLD-FRP Bio Digester Tank" Septic tanks incl 3 Nos Manhole of size 450mm at top of tank, designed to carry sweage and sullage water incl excavation in any type soil, sand filling, hard core & PCC 1:4:8 below foundation/base, Brick work in CM 1:6 of side wall for support, sand filling of balance gap between tank and wall and top surface finished with Hard core, PCC 1:4:8 and PCC 1:2:4 as per Drg/as required at site.etc, with vent shaft, manwhole opening with cover connection for 100users/20KLD whichever is more etc complete all as specified & as per Drg and as directed by GE.

M&L Soakage well exc, Foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber brick work in CM, RCC cover slab in M-25/RR masonry/filling with brick bats,complete of size 2.4 m dia x 3.00 m depth.

ROAD/PATH/HARDSTANDING, RAMP,and Retaining Wall

S&F of non-woven geotextile as per Table 700-5: Geotextile Requirements for Separation (Subgrade Soaked CBR ≤3). Method of installation as per Clause 702.3.3 of MoRTH Specifications for Roads and Bridges, 5th revision to include supply and fixing of any accessories as specified by the manufacturer of non-woven geotextile. Geotextile to be of Type 1 for harsh installation condition as per Table 700-1: Minimum Geotextile Strength Property Requirements, Qty will incl with overlap & installation, Make;-Strata, Maccaferri, Birla corporation Ltd, suntech geotextile or equivalent.

S&F and installation of Multi-axial Geo Grid after every 3 layers of reinforced soil or No of layer as specified by designer. Manufactured through punch and stretch process using Polypropylene (PP) having hexagonal structure with ribs oriented in 3 directions forming triangular shaped apertures capable of distributing loads equally in complete 360o. The item to include S&F of required straps and connectors to able to connect and provide reinforcement to the RE wall by connecting to the facial elements.The junction strength should be more than 90%, radial stiffness should be more than 350KN/m as per MORTH specification chapter 700 table 700-7. Item to include all tools and accessories for installation of geogrid as per manufacturer’s recommendation.

M&L Soil stabilisation of 300 mm thick in two layer(150mm thick each layer) subgrade soil by uniform mixing of cement grade/lime/other additive @ 5% cement by weight of soil (percentage of cement/additives for estimation purposes only. Type of additive and, percentage required for blending to be given in mix design). Item will include pulverization of soil, spreading of additive, blending mix by tractor towed rotovator, addition of water/ drying of mix to required moisture content and compaction using suitable vibratory roller to required 98% maximum dry density. Provisions of IRC SP:89-2010 be referred to for this item.

Supply and installation of geocells (including compaction of soil within the geocells) made from HDPE strips welded together into a 3-D cellular structure having a height in the range of 80-100mm filled with soil. The geocells should meet the BIS standards. The soil in the geocells to be vibrated using a plate compactor having a capacity of minimum 3-5 tonne.

Provision of sand blanket of minimum 30 cm thickness over the whole area as an effective measure of capillary cutoff. The sand shall be compacted after adding sufficient moisture to permit easy rolling. Compaction to be done by vibratory roller as per Para 4.6 of IRC: 34-2011.

M&L for Construction of drainage bay behind facing element of RE Wall of a minimum width of 600 mm of granular drainage (gradation as per table 2 of IRC:SP: 102-2014).

Supply and applying liquid polyurethane/ acrylic hybrid water based low viscosity jointing sand stabilizer as sealing compound for Interlocking Concrete Paver Block with no n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). The application will be carried out by an original applicator authorized by the manufacturer of the sealant and the product will entail a performance guarantee of 5 years. Minimum 2 number of coats to be applied. The contractor must ensure the safety standards during storage and installation. Make :- Stylish precast Pvt Ltd, Earth Pavers (Hyd) Pvt Ltd, Anand Industries or equivalent

Supplying approved earth (as approved by GE) from sources out side defence land including cost of royality if any, transpotation, taxes etc and filling with soil including raising earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and finished to required size and shape etc not exc 1.50 mtrs high from base. NOTE: (a) Earth required from the item shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land at his own arrengement. (b) All cost of procurement or earth including cost of transportation, royalities, taxes etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c) The earth supplied shall be used for filling. Finished embankment/ travers of filled earth consolidated/ compacted shall be considered for measurement purpose and volume shall be calculated based on these measurements. Also a 5% (five percent) deduction from calculated volume shall be made in terms of clause 3.6 of MES Sch Part-II to allow for inclrease in bulk.

M&L RCC M-40 Design mix using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F and installation of the precast concrete crash barriers. These shall be of reinforced cement concrete and the minimum grade of concrete shall be M40. The maximum size of the aggregate shall be limited to 12 mm. Design as per clause 5.10 of IRC 119: 2015.Item shall include application of paint by the method of brush, roller or spray on the crash barriers. Paint shall be thixotropic, of modified alkyd resin type with weather resisting pigments. Painting on the barrier to be done as per the user’s requirement.

M&L for Construction of brick machinery chamber with subclass B bricks in CM (1:6) with PCC 1:4:8 type B2 for foundation of internal dimension of 45x45x60cm incl 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) inside the chamber and on the external portion of exposed above ground level including 3mm thick MS cover welded around with MS flat iron of size 40x6mm including MS angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement including painting of two coats of syntetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, well ramming of soil around the constructed chamber.

“Supplying, installing, commissioning & testing of Silent engine generating set of capacity 62.5 kVA with accoustic enclosure as per new CPCB-II norms of emmission control, 415 volts, 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with suitable AMF Panel as per manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified and directed with the following :- (A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 62.5 kVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS - 2613/5000/ IS – 4722.The Alternator shall be:- i) Insulation class - 'H‘ ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H‘ iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%.

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as approved by the accepting officer basing on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under :- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven iv) Exhaust System :-As per OEM Tech Specs. Exhaust gas turbo charger type. Obstruction light

Supply and fix twin LED aviation obstruction light fitting with cast aluminium poly carbonate red colour, with connecting & testing complete on top of building (G+2) complete all as specified and directed.

Street Light

Supply and fix Hot dip Galvanized Octagonal street light Poles of 7.5 meter long, Top dia 70mm , bottom dia 130mm and sheet thickness 3mm including top bracket for light fitting complete with base frame plate, foundation bolt, nut and washers, top etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
