Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of GI / CI pipe line and making bottom surfaces of excavation leveled and to a gradient.

Ditto all as per item No. 1 above but in hard / dense soil

Ditto all as per item No. 1 above but in soft / disintegrated rock

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming lin layers not exceeding 25 cm after the pipes have been laid all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches GI tubing 'Medium grade' of size80mm with all fittings complete ( excavation of earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F of GM gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes of 50mm sizes.

M & L for Valve reflux (Non return valve), supplied and Installed complete of size 80mm and fixing Up in GI water supply pipe.

M & L for Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 80 mm dia bore and fixing Up in GI water supply pipe.

S & F sluice valve with non rising stainless steel spindle and MS check nut conforming to IS 14846 / BS 5163, PN 1.6 including suitable size nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket all as required and directed at site of bore size 80mm.

M & L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in construction of valve pit chamber, supporting pillar etc.

Rendering plaster15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:4

M & L for MS Framed work as in valve pit cover of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, hold fasts etc., complete, drilled incl fixing of MS steel sheeting of 3mm thick fixing with and including either hooks or hinges. providing locking arrangement complete, including painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide.

M & L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type C2 (Using 40mm stone aggregate, as in repairs to road damaged during excavation of pipe trenches .

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description as in paving /top surfaces of road, not exceeding 15cm thick bellow or above ground level.

M & L for brickwork sub class 'B' 250 mm x 115 mm x 0.75 mm and laid in trenches as in protection of UG cable complete all as directed.

M & L for GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore as in mechanical protection of UG cable complete all as directed.

S & F Busbar panel for star detla cables weather proof outdoor type single door, both side openable fabricated out of 3.0 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, doors shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks . The panel shall be provided with copper bus bars, shall not be less than 300mmX 25mmX4mm( L x W x thickness) fixed horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. including incoming and outgoing cable connection, glands, thimbles. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC (1:3:6) at suitable depth as per site requirement. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall not be less than 400mmx200mmx400mm (LxWxH).including earthwork all as directed and specified by Engineer in Chrage.

M & L for RCC M-30 (Design mix) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses.

S & F formwork to sides of concrete founadations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (If any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, vertical or to batter.

S & F formwork to faces walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc vertical or to better.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thck in cement motar (1:4) on concrete surfaces using integral water proofing complound as per mfr's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

Supply only integral water proofing complound

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in plinth protection finish surface even and smooth using extra cement (100mm thick) including forming dummy joints at 2 mtr centre to centre and filled with lean mortar (1:8) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface as in plinth protection.

S & F framed work such as grill gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forget into spiker, framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raliling, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including grills, gate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SWG, AC or RCC pipes) set in CM 250 mm dia.

Mm & L for providing bed to drain pipes 250 mm dia in cement concrete (1:3:6) type c2 using 400 mm graded stone aggragate including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid & tested.
