Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring / hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.. Note: colour and design as approved by GE

M&L for rubber moulded 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratorymethod using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: colour and design as approved by GE

M&L for PCC 50mm thk type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative as in plinth protection including finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick,rubber moulded set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for ceramic out door tiles 400mmx400mmx10-12mm thick digital design set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with grey cement over & including over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk

M&L for Jaisalmer stone for wall cladding (of any type) 20-25 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone , exc .0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm ,including cutting and polishing types in wall including 20 mm thick CM 1:4 for laying Jaisalmer stone complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
