i)The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from the firm (s) having credential for the same or similar item to any of the zonal Railway or Production unit during the last three years. Clause 16.4 of General Tender Condition will be applicable in this case. ii)Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid and tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency (as the case may be ) at the premises of their principal , failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. iii)Offer from firms not fulfilling these criteria will be summarily rejected.

In terms of DPIIT/Ministry of Commerce and Industries order no. P- 45021/2/2017 PP (BE II) dated 16.09.2020 which is circulated vide Rly Board letter no 2020/RS(G)/779/2/Pt. 1 dated 25.09.2020 and Keeping in view with the public procurement (Preference to Make in India) order 2017 as amended time to time, only class 1 and class 2 local suppliers are eligible to participate in this tender. The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) special Conditions and (or) other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

The bidder should go through the Tender Documents consisting of Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions and Special Conditions of Tender, and agree and confirm to abide by the Instructions to Tenders, General Tender Conditions, IRS Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Tender.
