Fabrication & Supply of square tree guard (450 x 450 x 1650 mm) of hight 2 mtr above ground level & fixed with ground to a dept of 25 cm & made out of welded mesh/expended metal mesh in frame work expended metal size 35 mm to 40 mm x 16 mm SWG & Four vertical, top & bottom angles size 20 mm x 20 mm x 3 mm (Each junction of flat and angle welded completely) with two Nos. MS Sheet of 160 mm x 1.60 mm (duly painted both side) fixed with nut and bolts properly riveted (by four Nos. on each plate) with slogan & NNJ logo (matter to be given by NNJ) with red oxide ready mix paint, including aluminum alloy number plate of size 60 mm x 20 mm x 2.5 mm thick with serial No. year and fix by riveting on the Tree Guard complete as per enclosed drawing & design and as per direction of Encharge (sample to be got aproved).

Special Terms & Conditions 1. The agency should have sufficient space to stock the complete, fabricated tree guard till they are transported to NNJ store for which no extra cost will be paid. 2. Work can be increased or reduced to any extend as per requirement. 3. Conditional tender shall be liable to rejection. 4. Hole for fixing of M.S. Plate to be done by drilling only. 5. Rate quoted should be including of all taxes. 6. Electronic weighting machine of at least 50 kg. capacity should be available at the workshop during the work.
