Material and labour for sub main wiring with 04 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor FRLSH- FLEXIBLE WIRING CABLE. CONFORMING TO IS: 694-1990 with and including continuous earth wire of size 4.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all MS conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dolly including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed. Note:- One meter of conduit along with 2x4 sq mm wire and one 4.0 sq mm earth shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure, Triple pole and neutral AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 amps rated bus bar and IP - 43 protection including provision for four pole isolator/mcb as incomer with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces and taking down the old distribution board of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 'C' series capacity of 06 to 32 Amps, 240 volts,10KA, 50Hz AC supply, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix isolator 4 Pole 'B' series 100 amps capacity AC 415 Volt, 10kA complete all specified and directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning, testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 4 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in treches, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply, laying and fixing 40mm bore galvanised steel tubes with all fittings, light grade, laid in tenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed and approved by GE.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, laying of poles / cable in trenches and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed at site.

M&L for washed river sand cushioning of cable laid in trenches 80mm thick including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick, sub class 'B', old size, laid in trenches as cable protection covers, complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as specfied and directed at site.
