The Certification agency/body should have conducted at least one certification audit and successfully issued (1) ISO 9001:2015, (2) ISO 14001:2015, (3) ISO 45001:2018 and (4) ISO 50001:2018 Certificates duly accredited by National/International accredited body viz., UKAS, ANAB, RvA NABCB, etc. (IAF Accredited bodies) in any of the Railway repair workshop/Production Unit or Central/ State Government Manufacturing/Repair/Production unit or any Public Sector Unit in the last three years.

The Certification agency/body shall submit copy of the certificates issued by them along with the offer in support of (1) above, else the offer shall not be considered.

Accreditation body's logo & International Accreditation Forum (IAF) logo should be on the certificate issued alongside the certification body's logo.

I/we the tenderer (s) am/are signing this document after carefully reading the contents.

I/We the tenderer(s) also accept all the conditions of the tender and have signed all the pages in confirmation thereof.

I/we hereby declare that I/we have downloaded the tender documents from Indian Railway website www.ireps.gov.in . I/we have verified the content of the document from the website and there is no addition, no deletion or no alteration to the content of the tender document. In case of any discrepancy noticed at any stage i.e. evaluation of tenders, execution of work or final payment of the contract, the master copy available with the railway Administration shall be final and binding upon me/us.

I/we declare and certify that I/we have not made any misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments in proof of the qualification requirements.

I/We also understand that my/our offer will be evaluated based on the documents/credentials submitted along with the offer and same shall be binding upon me/us.

I/We declare that the information and documents submitted along with the tender by me/us are correct and I/we are fully responsible for the correctness of the information and documents, submitted by us.

I/we certify that I/we the tenderer(s) is/are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of Govt. of India from participation in tender on the date of submission of bids, either in individual capacity or as a HUF/ member of the partnership firm/LLP/JV/Society/Trust.

I/we understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be forged/false at any time during process for evaluation of tenders, it shall lead to forfeiture of the Bid Security and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year. Further, I/we and all my/our constituents understand that my/our offer shall be summarily rejected.

I/we also understand that if the contents of the certificate submitted by us are found to be false/forged at any time after the award of the contract, it will lead to termination of the contract, along with forfeiture of Bid Security/Security Deposit and Performance guarantee and may also lead to any other action provided in the contract including banning of business for a period of upto two year.

I/We have read the clause regarding restriction on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India and certify that I am/We are not from such a country or, if from such a country, have been registered with the competent Authority. Tenderers are requested to enter the correct Bank details in the IREPS portal.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Tenderers shall hold the offer open for acceptance for a minimum period of 60 days from the date of opening of the tender.

If the date of opening of tender is declared to be a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

All terms and conditions in the tender documents are binding on the tenderers.

Manual tenders sent by post/courier or in person are not allowed. Manual offers received shall be ignored.

The tenderer shall upload scanned copies of mandatory credentials such as experience, turnover certificates and any other documents as applicable.

The rates quoted in the schedule should be inclusive of all types of taxes & levies including Goods and services tax (GST) applicable from time to time. GST as mandatory payable including statutory variations if any as due and paid by the contractor will be reimbursed on production of documentary proof.

The tenderer deliberately give wrong information in his/their tender or creates/ create circumstances for the acceptance of his/their tender, the Railway reserves the right to reject such tender at any stage. The entire Bid security deposit with Railway will be forfeited. In addition, action will be taken to suspend the business with the tenderer for a period of one year.

Tenderer should follow the necessary corrigendum issued if any, by the Railway Administration at IREPS Portal before bidding.

Contractor should follow the clauses mentioned in the Standard General Conditions of Contract for works during the course of executing the contract work including the penalty clause.

In signing this Document, it would be deemed that the Tenderer/Contractor has kept himself/herself/themselves fully informed of the provision of the General Conditions of the Contract including all corrections and amendments issued up to the date of signing of the documents.

Tenderer should follow the instructions, terms and conditions stipulated in attached Tender Document

Tenders submitted in IREPS portal with out Bid Security Deposit or less amount of Bid Security Deposit will be summarily rejected. Any firm recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) as 'Startups' shall be exempted from payment of Bid Security. However, the proof has to be uploaded in the IREPS portal. The Tenderer should upload the Certificate from DIPP for Start up firms for exemption of Bid security, if applicable. The offers without bid security amount & without certificate from DIPP will be summarily rejected. Labour Cooperative societies shall deposit only 50% of EMD detailed in the Tender Notice. However, the proof for the same have to be uploaded, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
