Survey,Design,Supply,Installation,Testing & Commissioning of illumination system,preparation of drawings and design calculation as per scope described in Technical Specification of NIT including Raising & Lowering Type High Mast System; Mast Shaft shall be in single/two/three sections,hot dip galvanized,inside and outside in single dip,suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3. There shall be only logitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2/3 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia 97/19 construction) double drum winch,Galvanized Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 9/12/16 luminaries,lighting finial & integral power tool for raising and lowing operation of the high mast including foundation bolts as per drgs. with washers,anchor plates & templates,twin aviation obstruction lights ( 1 fitting per mast is necessary if no taller structures are in the vicinity), control panel housing suitable for control circuit for automatic switching ON and OFF of the mast. It shall also have suitable controls for operation of Power Tool for as per approved drgs. and specification:-
