Material and labour reinforced cement concerete1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, shelves and like complete all as specified & directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately)

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work; flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm and above cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for and including floor finishes and removing the rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 20mm crushed stone graded aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including making joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm crushed stone graded aggregate) thick as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 40mm thick PCC 1: 2: 4 type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including providing glass dividing strip as in floor & finishing the surface even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass strip shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply only glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 ( using 12.5mm crushed stone graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.10 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces as in sunken floor mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % of cement wt or as per manufacturers instruction even and smoothnwithout using extra cement. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid sepatrty

Applying a tack coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the at the rate of 1.2kg per sqm as in sunken floor portion including preparation plaster concerte surface complete all as specified

Supply only intergal water proofing compound complete all as specified

Suupy and fixings in repairs 40 mm bore 600mm long GI spout for draining the surplus water from the sunken portion including cutting hole and making good the distrubed surface in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in mass concrete in sunken floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling incld cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises. Note :- The demolished material should be disposed off outside MoD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

Material and labour Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) in vertical surface area of each tile exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match, over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.13 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in skirting, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any descriptoin or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, landings, window cills cooking plate form and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble duet with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6, and incliding rounding of edges of granite slabs 10 to 20 mm thick by grainding and rubbing and finished smooth, coloured as approved by GE all as specified and directed. Note: Front facia edges of granite slabs shall be rounded and made finished smooth ,contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element.

All as per item no 24 above but on verticle surfaces and over and including 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Note :- The demolished material should be disposed off outside MoD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement morter incl all quions, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class -B bricks old size, straight or curved on planexc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6. complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item no 28.00 above but as in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4.

Material and labour for repairing of soffits of slabs and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any sitution, including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and fixing in position and with provision of weld mesh, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in CM 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of arylic resistant primer to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(weld mesh measured and paid sepatrtely) Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. (ii) For payment purpose, the area of finished plaster in 2nd coat shall be considered.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails.
