S&F MS junction box IP-66 "halogen free and weather proof for out door opertion on street light pole of 200mm x 160mm x 100mm size and bakelite terminal plate suitable for 4 pole for loop in loop out of XLPE armoured cable up to 35 Sqmm x 4 core, MCB SP 6 Amps C Series (01Nos), cable lugs, and 4 No of suitable size aluminium bus Bar and MS fixing bracket made out of 25mm x 4mm MS flat for fixing the box to pole complete with bolts and nuts, and washers complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F MS junction box IP-66 "halogen free and weather proof for out door opertion on street light pole of 200mm x 160mm x 100mm size and bakelite terminal plate suitable for single pole and neutral for loop in loop out of XLPE armoured cable up to 10 Sqmm x 2 core, MCB SP 6 Amps C Series (01Nos), cable lugs, and 2 No of suitable size aluminium bus Bar and MS fixing bracket made out of 25mm x 4mm MS flat for fixing the box to pole complete with bolts and nuts, and washers complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F for fixing of GI pipe (light grade) bracket of 40mm bore size of 1.2 mtr long bent to shape for fixing of LED street light fittings and fixing to pole, walls etc including fixing of clamp, nut, bolt etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F Cable PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor 2 core AC 1100 Volts grade 1 sqmm size and required flexible conduit etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level connected to 4 mm dia GI earth wire as earth lead by means of bolts,nuts,washers of Gl all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I connected to earth test point including earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 40mm thick including 6 mm dia reinforcement and funnel watering pipe etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge. (Earthing for street light pole)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge. Note- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS - 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Cutting of road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Painting to existing of steel poles 11/9 Mtr long long with one coat of synthetic enamel paint in alternate strips of black and yelow colours 30 cm height each total 05 Nos commencing form the top of PCC coping incuding painting of coss arms, nut bolts, clamps etc as fixed on pole with tow coats of aluminium paint and marking pole No with paint as per approved pattern, complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge. (Numbring shall be hand written only, size of letter 100X10mm (Heightxwidth))

S&F cable route indicator shown "LT UG cable" with aero made of CI in suitable eleiptical shape and fixed in MS flat 50X6mm, 70cm long ( all word embosed) and embaded in PCC block of size 30 x 30 x 60cm in ground duly painted in silver colour complete all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.
