Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sq.m. each with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames and moving off site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces (un surfaced water bound macadam) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and as directed

M&L for using paving bitumen (VG-10)and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified and as directed

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete (Bitumen type VG-30) all as specified and as directed

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing precast cement concrete kerb stone (400x300x150 mm thick ) in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering’s, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing and laying of hot applying thermo-plastic compound including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sq m area of thickness 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35 .the finish surface to be leveled uniform to make free from streak and hole etc as per MORTH specification all as specified and as directed

S&F raised pavement marker CAT Eye with prismatic retro reflective lens type of 11.5 x 7 x 1.6 cm in ASA plastic housing to be fixed on bituminous road all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C-1 , 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exceeding 10 cm in with and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span cills steps seismic and other similar bands plinth courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed platesas all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in PCC 1:3:6,Type C1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' -Part II (E/M Works)

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron / MS base plate ,finial taper pug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (9 m long) including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint on external surface above column /PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally and externally for portion embedded in PCC all as specified and as directed.

S&F Streel light fittting Edge plus LED 60 W Pressure die cast aluminium housing, heat resistant toughened glass with frame of IP 66 protection with all connected fixing arrangement all as specified and as directed.

S&F Low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 ( HDPE) of size 20 mm bore having pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm. (for street light cable protection) all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, joining & testing LT XLPE Insulated & sheathed armoured electric cables with multi stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 25 Sq mm 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, joining & testing LT XLPE Insulated & sheathed armoured electric cables with multi stranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 16 Sq mm 4 Core complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item Nos 70 & 71 :- Excavation, Concrete cable protection cover and Clear Sand for cushioning shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm all as specified and as directed.
