Providing and Fixing GI Baffle Ceiling system comprises of 100x25x100mm (25mm width & 100mm Height) U shaped panels. Panels shall be made of 0.5mm thick GI with polyester powder coating of 60-70 microns as per approved shade and length up to 3000mm. Panels shall be high corrosion resistance and good colour stability. The baffles shall be made on high speed, high precision roll forming machine to ensure the flatness and to avoid the failure of metal at corners. Center to center panel gap shall be 125mm. Panels are fixed on roll formed C shaped carriers 40x20x40mm made of 0.65mm GI sheet powder coated with special slots and cut outs to hold the panels in module of 100mm at maximum 1000mm c/c. Carriers are suspended from the roof or truss by 6mm dia. galvanized steel thread rod hanger with special height adjustment nut bolts at Max. 1000mm c/c. Hangers are fixed to the roof by Manufacturer recommended hanger system. Panels are factory cut in lengths up to maximum 3000mm to suit the site dimensions or shop drawings. Center caps & End caps (GI 100x25x100 RAL Shade) are used to join the baffles and to cover the edges of the panels. (a) The item includes cost of GI Carrier Coupler, SS Big Clip, GI Soffit Clit, GI Rawl Plug (8x45), complete as per the manufacturer's specification and recommendation. (b) The Baffles Ceiling System needs to be placed in lengths as per the site requirement , architectural drawings, to accomodate all lightings, Fire Systems, ACs, etc and to make necessary provisions for the same complete as per the instructions of EIC.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a) Polished Granite stone slab of all colour and texture except Black, Cherry/Ruby Red

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing, Fixing and Installing Charcoal Louvers Panels of 12 mm thickness including preparation of surface , in any color, shade and texture, complete with Adhesive, Jointing, Cutting, providing Grooves/Slots required , if any, as per the instructions of EIC.

Providing, Fixing and Installing 1 mm thick Fluted/ Texture/etc Laminate including preparation of surface , in any color, shade and texture, complete with Adhesive, Jointing, Cutting, providing Grooves/Slots required , if any, as per the instructions of EIC.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with : Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture
