Providing manpower assistance for day-to-day operation and maintenance works at Shiva Power House - 66 kV Switchyard, Passenger Trolley System, Forebay and Colony Power Supply etc., for a period of three months

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The bidder should have successfully executed contracts/works for providing skilled/Technical manpower for Electrical or Mechanical maintenance/operational works at Hydro power stations/ Thermal power stations / Power utility in India. In proof of the above, the intending bidder shall upload scanned copy of single work order with relevant work done certificate of any one work of value not less than Rs.10.90 Lakhs carried out within last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25, and 2025-26). Cost of completed works of previous years will be given 10 percent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level.

The bidder shall have valid Class-I (for Karnataka State)/Class-A (other than Karnataka State) or above Electrical Contractor License and shall furnish copy of the same issued by the competent authority as documentary evidence.

The intending bidder should have achieved at least 2 financial years a minimum annual turnover of Rs.21.81 Lakhs during last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, and 2025-26). In proof, turnover certificate OR Profit and Loss statements duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished. Financial Turnover of previous years will be given 10 percent of simple weightage per year to bring them to current year price level.
