Fabrication & erection of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provision of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necessary clamps and other acessories like danger board,number plate,barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. T-off ,1 no.Top channel , 2 no. dropper angle of cable for supporting the hoisting etc.Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug as per RESSPO norms.(All material Shall be Provided by contractor except as. T-off channel , dropper angle , STP 11mtr, Top Channel and dropper channel , 33 KV Pin Insulator & PVC cable).
Providing, fixing & grouting of stone size (750X500X100mm) for cable route marker on cable route . punching Discom, Depth,feeder name and voltage.(All the material shall be provided by the contractor) as per RESSPO.
Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. For making straight through joint 33KV work included filling of soil leveling and ramming of the same. ( All the material shall be provided by contractor except S/Th )
Fabrication & erection of cable stand with grouting & plinthing as per resspo norms .(steel material provided by department)
Construction of plith of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level.Scope of work inclides excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 (cement, fine sand & brick ballast ),1 st class brick work in cement mortor of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (cment coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge ) as per RESSPO norms.
Installation of 33KV VCB- complete work including commissioning
ISOLATOR STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5 Mtr. In height as per drawing No. RES 39.Digging of two Nos.pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 Mtr.providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20m.m gauge)of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtr x0.3 mm including supply of all T&P complete in all respect.Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.
INSTALLATION OF ISOLATORS-Assembling and installation of line /bus isolatcr on the isolator structure adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same in case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be insured.The work includes fabrication for proper flxing if required.
LIGHTENING ARRESTOR /C.T.STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of lightening arrestor/CT structure/.as per drawing No. Res-39 Digging of two Nos.pits of size 1.075x0.3x0.3Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement,coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge ) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075Mtr X0.3Mtr including supply of all civil material complete in all respect. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc.
INSTALLATION OF LIGHTENING ARRESTORS Assembling and installation Mounting of 3Nos (1 set) lightening arrestors on the L.A.Structure/ complete with making earth connections(separate)and line connections the work incldes fabrication for proper fixing if required.
INSTALLATION OF CT:-Installation of 3 Nos.(1 set) CTs on the CTs structure . Along with C.T. J/B. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.
Shifting carefully, installation & commissioning of 33KV single circuit line control feeder panel in control room including grouting of above.
Fabrication, Erection of end type double pole with one side cable exposure for 33 KV line on 11 M long ST pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 No top chennel 125×65 mm, bracing by MS Channel 65x65x6 mm, making cable dropper by MS Angle Iron 65x65x6mm etc..(STP, Stay wire,insulator & Steel Section will be provided by the department)
Erection of 33 KV Stud pole on STP 11 Mtr Long as per RESSPO Norms (All material to be arranged by contractor except STP).
Fabrication and fixing of guarding angle on single/double poles. Stringing and sagging of two nos.GI wire with cradle guarding of 33 KV line as per RESSPO norms. Including provision of all necessary clamps and hooks. 1 No =ONE SPAN OF 40 Mtr, (All material except gurding angle & GI wire will be provided by the contractor)
Grouting of STP in depth of 1/6th the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone gritt as per RESPO norms.
Painting of STP with one coat of red oxide & two coats of best quality top 2 M PO Red paint and remaining al. Paint (ISI mark) as per RESPO norms.
Stringing & Sagging of three phase 33 kv line on ACSR Panther conductor as per RESPO Norms.
Construction of cable trench of size 300x300 mm with welded frame type control cable trench cover suitable for trench including cost of MS/Torr Bar.
Providing and Laying of following size copper, control cable through underground/cable trench/trenching SGR interlinking through proper connections to transformer control panel/protection board /Battery and Battery Charger/Relays 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33KV VCB, CTs etc as per site conditions.
Providing & installation of control cable tray.
Earth Laying of earth mat in the switchyard by laying of M.S. Round of 32 mm dia in 500 mm deep trenches with M.S. Round 32mm dia,3 M Long earth electrodes as per drawing. The work includes welding of the M.S. Round ,connecting all steel structures in the switchyard with the earth mat by means of G.I. strips of size 50x6mm as per item below.( M.S. Round bar 32mm provided by Department )

Driving of earth electrode.
Laying of earthmat (M.S.) Bar including cutting, shaping and binding etc)
Preparation of joints, proper making and welding; of main earthmat bar joints and applying bitumen, bitumen impregnated on joints i.e. End Joints. Cross Joints, Lap Joints.
Welding of riser strip with earthmat and structure body.
Painting of all structures & equipments.
Jumpering with ACSR panther coductor of all equipments in swicth yard with P.G. clamps & proper size aluminium lugs.
Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class GI pipe 50mm dia from ground upto the water level (minimum 30 meter deep) as per standard practice
Scanning/Tracing of existing underneath power cables, water pipe line, gas pipe line, sewer pipe line on proposed route.(Tracing Equipment shall be arrange by the contractor)
