UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. E. BASE FRAME Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of 250A capacity dust and vermin proof horizontal type cubical panel board made up of 16 SWG CRCA Sheet with supply and fixing of the following interior switches with HRC fuse links arranged horizontally with horizontal busbar chamber and cable chambers with 1. 250A FP switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-1 Nos. 2. 100A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-3 Nos. 3. 63A TPN switch disconnector fuse unit interior only with HRC fuses double break-6 Nos. The panel shall have powder coated painting of approved colours, approved by the department officers. The danger board shall be fixed at front of panel board. The panel shall be mounted on MS base channel provided all round at the bottom of the panel. The whole arrangements shall be erected on a Masonary pedestal to be constructed with suitable foundation with bolts and nuts such that the lowest SDF unit fuse handle is at a height of 0.75m from the ground level. (note: All SDF unit shall be of L&T / Siemens make).
