Taking down carefully sub-main wiring of any description and making good to ther disturbed surfaces to match the existing all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with four single core 10 Sqmm FR PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 to 32 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 10 Sqmm FR PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. Make of cable : Polycab, Finolex,Havells Note: 5 run of 10 sqmm & one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit

Taking down carefully any type point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring (concealed) on walls and surface on ceiling complete with FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit heavy grade accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable modular boxes ,switch plates of suitable make and 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed. (a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch

(c) One exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(d) One bell/ buzzer point controlled by one push switch.

All as per item No 9 above but 1.5 sq mm cable size and 1.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 6 amps on Independent board.

All as per item No 9 above but 2.5 sq mm cable size with 2.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 16 Amps on independent board complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for point wiring (surface) complete with FR PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in PVC Caping/Casing of size 20x12 to 25x16, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable modular boxes surface type of make legrand ,switch plates of make Legrand and 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (b) One ceiling/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 6 amps on same board.

(d) One 3 pin socket outlet 6 amps on independent board.

M & L for cutting & taking out the existing surface/sunken box/switch plate with switches/sockets and replacing with the following complete all as specified and as directed . (a) Modular metal flush box with modular cover plate with frame 1/2 Module

(b) Modular metal flush box with modular cover plate with frame 3 Module

(c) Modular metal flush box with modular cover plate with frame 4 Module

(d) Modular metal flush box with modular cover plate with frame 6 Module

Note for Item No. 1 to 27 :- The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing box/wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply & Fix new LED security light fitting 25 W made out of pressure die cast aluminium powder coated housing high impact resistant 4 mm thick toughened glass cover and matrix of power LEDs in built electronic driver up to 4 KV surge protection fitted with adjustable pole adopter to enable on site tilt angle setting and input power 25 W system lumens 85/W operating voltage 160-260 V of make :CG Cat Part No. LSTS-25-CDL or equivalent in Bajaj/Wipro. :- Note :(i) Rates are deemed to be included for security ligh brackets made out of 25 mm / 20 mm dia GI medium grade tubing of suitable length and bend to shape including fixing MS flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts as per site requirement complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable any type fittings and Supply & Fixing new Decorative LED light 36 watt recessed mounting type complete with all accessories & connector etc internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, all as specified.Make : CG Cat Part No. LCTLRN-36-FO-CDL or equivalent in Bajaj/Wipro.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply & Fix new master led tube 4ft 20 W LED batten of high-quality materials and design, Extruded aluminum housing enhances safety, High quality PC Diffuser. Reliable and robust housing structure having nominal system lumen output of 2500 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 125 lm/W. Taking out the existing any type fittings from ceilings and S & F new 18 Watt LED round/square recessed flat panel light pearl model with locking arrangement in ceiling with a nominal system lumen output of 1800 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 100 lumen/watt. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70 complete all as specified and as directed Make : CG Cat Part No. LSCRM-18W-CDL/NW or equivalent in Bajaj/Wipro.

Taking down old unserviceable any type fittings, Supply & Fixing new Decorative LED light 18 watt round/square surface mounting flat panel type complete with all accessories & connector etc internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, all as specified.
