Transportation of suitable truck mounted RC / Direct Rotary drilling rig along with necessary accessories etc complete including erection and leveling at site, through kinds of roads, approaches fields etc. including all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charges.

Drilling bores of 200 /250 mm dia as per IS 2800: 1979 using DTH & ODEX/ Percussion/ Calyx/ RC / Rotary method required for drilling in collapsible strata conglomerate, boulders, pebbles, gravels, silt, clay, etc including cost of attachments , extractable casing,consumable stores, bits, water, POL etc. in annular space etc.complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. From Ground level to 60 mtrs deep

From 60 to 145 mtrs below ground level

Supplying ,lowering and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 175 mm mm diameters with "U" hooks as per IS 2800-1991 with up to date amendements ,if any, within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Suply and lowering of IS marked 175mm dia 5.40 mm thick MSERW casing pipe as per IS 4270--2001 and requirement of rotary attachment from approved manufacturers complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pdg slotting arrangement as per IS 8110/1994-997 slot size 1.57x75mm and lowerung of 200/175mm dia slotted pipe as per IS as per 4270-2001 with upto date ammendments welded and joints into bore hole in vertical position i/c cost of all cutting, threading and welding of pipe etc within all leads and lifts complete in all respects per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Development of bore well with 750-CFM air-compressor through V notch as per IS 2800-1979 inclluding transportation of equpment etc, to the site of work complete in all respect for the bore drilled by RC rig, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Development/ establishment of discharges of bore well and yield testing with submersiible pump through V notch as per IS 2800-1979 inclluding transportation of equpment etc, to the site of work complete in all respect for the bore drilled by RC rig, as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Supplying and packing of gravel, consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material with 175mm / 125mm an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5,not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat of elangated pieces, shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular features of size 2-3.35 mm , shall be free from impurities such as shafe,shale,mica,felspar,clay,sand,dirt loam,haematte and organic material as pe IS 4097-1967 with upto date amendments, if any, around intake of tubewell with minium thickness of shroud around screen generally 100 mm to the entire depth of the bore as per 2800(Part-I ) 1991 with upto date amendments, if any, with in all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Testing the verticality of the tubewell as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with upto date amendments, if any, using plumb or plunger 6 mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the well casing.The results of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in Appendix A of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with up-to-date amendments, if any, as appended with the tender documents and handed over complete in all respect as the directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Pdg. and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangements of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore hole,as required, within all leads and lifts, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Dismentalling of Rig or other allied accesssories after completion of job within all leads & lifts, complete in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Handing over of the tubewell in complete shape as per appendex "B" of clause 7 of IS 2800 (Part-II) -1979 with upto date ammendmentes if any, as appended with the tender documents, in laminated form , in triplicate, complete in all respect as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
