SCHEDULE A BOQ

M&L Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out any type of soil and connected items i.e column/ posts, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of fencing post, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs MS flat iron wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. , and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces under 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 5 & 6:- (a) All synthetic enamel paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint, will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e ) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

(g) The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and dusted. All dirt scales oil and grease shall be thoroughly removed before painting is started. The prepared surface shall be inspected and approved by the GE before painting is commenced. The weather shall not be foggy/rainy, dusty or windy. The suitability of the weather will be determined by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(h) No hair marks from the brush or clogging of paint buddles shall be left on the work. Surface shall ordinarily not be painted until it has dried up completely. Trial patches of paint shall be laid at intervals to check if drying is satisfactory.

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

S&F Pre painted Coloured Corrugated Galvalume roofing system sheet 0.50 mm thick having Zinc aluminum alloy coating AZ150 shall be as per IS:277/ASTM 1379 150 gsm/ sqm double ribbed trapezoidal profile steel sheet any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing one all complete all as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of existing one all as specified and as directed.

Note for Item No 17 & 18 (Pre-painted coloured Galvalume roofing :-

(i) The manufacturer's test certificate and individual test certificate for the chemical and mechanical properties of sheet must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority prior to installation.

(ii) The contractor shall ensure that no leakages take place from the roof. The roofing shall be Coloured Galvalume roofing system (olive green colour or as approved by GE) with feed material manufactured from 0.50 mm Total coated thickness (TCT), minimum 550 MPa yield strength and shall conform to the physical specifications of IS: 2062 of 2011, coated with hot dip metallic Aluminium / Zinc alloy coating AZ150 as 150 gm/sq.mt total on both sides.

(iii) The painting shall be coloured baked enamel polyester with silicon coating of film thickness 25 microns nominal on the exposed face/exterior side and on the reverse side ( interior face) shall be white with 15 microns film thickness, over a coat of 5 micron nominal thickness Primer.

Dismantling/ taking down complete radiator assembly of 810 KVA DG Set and transportation to authorised workshop for following repairs :- (a) Opening the radiator assembly with brazing/ welding for repair/ service. (b) Cleaning of all water tube with diluted solution of HCL and cleaning with water pressure and removing the sludge and dust from inside the tank by flushing out. (c) Determining the leak/ puncher in radiator tubes. (d) Repair of fins by soldering/ brazing. (e) Repair of bottom brass water tank by soldering/ brazing. (f) Repair of radiator hose assembly. (g) Fixing the complete radiator assembly to its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs DG set control panel auto on / off switch suitable for 810 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs mechanical type diesel float switch assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs off load change over switch 200 amps capacity 4 pole 3 phase with enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make-Legrand/ L&T / C&S

Supply and fixing in repairs door beading gasket for DG of 62.5 KVA to 160 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of contactor 63 A complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Schnieder model:- LADN22/ L&T/ BCH

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) suitable for Kirloskar curve of capacity 82.5 to 160 KVA having input voltage 2 phase + neutral sensing voltage 415 output voltage 95V DC, output current 4A DC voltage regulation +/- 1 % average volts, over excitation current tripping, fuse protection 4A, fast acting and frequency 50 Hz complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar / Cummins/Crompton Greaves.

Supply and fix in replacement of captive AMF micropocessor window for auto functioning without causing any damage to other components and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L disconnecting all electrical connection and mechanical attachments of 82.50 KVA DG set and safely lifted and shifted by the crane for a distance not exceeding 2 Km within the premises as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and positioned on the platform duly connecting electrical and mechanical attachment with existing LT Panel including AMF connection testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Any damages happened in DG set during lifting/ shifting/ installation work, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt).

M&L disconnecting all electrical connection and mechanical attachments of 62.5 KVA DG set and safely lifted and shifted by the crane for a distance not exceeding 2 Km within the premises as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and positioned on the platform duly connecting electrical and mechanical attachment with existing LT Panel including AMF connection testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Any damages happened in DG set during lifting/ shifting/ installation work, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt).

M&L disconnecting all electrical connection and mechanical attachments of 50 KVA DG set and safely lifted and shifted by the crane for a distance not exceeding 2 Km within the premises as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and positioned on the platform duly connecting electrical and mechanical attachment with existing LT Panel including AMF connection testing and commissioning etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Any damages happened in DG set during lifting/ shifting/ installation work, the same will be rectified by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt).

Servicing/ Periodical maintenance of following capacity DG Set of any make consisting of complete servicing and checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue including testing complete with replacing of minor consumables items like grease, nut bolts etc during conducting periodic servicing as per the manufacturer's recommendation at the time of routine monthly checks. Capacity 15 to 20 KVA DG Set - Location :-Transmitter Opera1/ AFWWA 5 BRD /SES /Armoury/watch tower -(02 Nos)/ perimeter - (02 Nos) - 08 No Maintenance Schedule of DG Sets :- The contractor shall carried out following activity during the period of contract :-

(a) Daily maintenance of DG Sets to be carried out :-

(i) Clean the external surface of the DG set.

(ii) Check engine oil level.

(iii) Check engine coolant level.

(iv) Check fuel in the tank.

(v) Check all nuts and bolts.

(vi) Check tension of fan belts.

(vii) Check batteries and battery connections.

(viii) Check fuel lines and fuel tank.

(b) Weekly maintenance of AMF Panels :-

(i) Checking all electrical connections.

(ii) Checking all contact points/ Bus bars.

(iii) Checking timers (AC/ DC).

(v) Check RPM, Voltage, Amps and Hz.

(vi) Checking indicator lamps.

(vii) Checking main auxiliary contacts and relays.

(viii) Checking contact coils.

(ix) Checking, volt/ amps/ energy/ PF/ KWH meters/ CT's.

(x) Checking auto/ manual functions.

(xi) Check and tight screws and bolts.

(xii) Check battery charger output voltage.

(xiii) Cleaning the panel.

(xiv) Checking all MCCB's and fuses.

(xv) Checking alarms and hooter.

(c) Monthly maintenance of DG Sets to be carried out :-

(i) Check oil bath cleaner oil level.

(ii) Check for proper tension in the belts.

(iii) Check starting battery electrolyte level and specific gravity.

(iv) Check the fuel lines from the tank for leakages.

(v) Check the end cover of the alternator and tighten the bolts.

(vi) Check physically the exhaust silencer for rigidness.

(vii) Check the water hoses for leakages if any.

(viii) Drain sediment from fuel filter & fuel tank.

(ix) Check dry type air filter element and clean.

(x) Check engine alternator coupling and mounting bolts.

(xi) Tight all bolts and nuts in alternator terminal box.

(xii) Check for any unusual sound during cranking of the engine.

(xiii) Check for any fuel/ water leakages.

(xiv) Check for any unusual vibrations.

(xv) Check proper charging of battery.

(xvi) Check exhaust system for any leakages.

(xvii) Check for proper circulation of coolant/ cooling of engine.

(xviii) Check physically the exhaust silencer for rigidness.

(xix) Check throttles linkage.

(xx) Checking to electric control panel throttle linkage.

(xxi) Supply and greasing to all bearing & movable parts.

(d) Half Yearly Schedule to be carried out :-

(i) Checking of hydraulic governor oil level and toping up level.

(ii) Clean the crank case breather.

(iii) Check battery charging system & topping up electrolyte and maintenance of specific gravity.

(iv) Checking electric connection & generator control panel.

(v) Greasing to all bearing and movable parts.

Note :- The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of the followings :-

(a) The contractor shall visit the location of DG Sets before quoting the tender.

(b) Servicing/ repair of DG Set shall be carried out by authorised dealer/ agency of manufacturer as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and where service/ repair is being carried out at site shall be under the expert supervision of authorised service agent.

(c) The make of DG sets are Kirloskar/ Ashok Leyland/ Greaves Cotton/ Birla/ Cummins

(d) The contractor shall employ minimum 03 No manpower required for routine maintenance of DG sets.

(e) Filling of DHPP (N) in all mentioned DG Sets at various locations will be the responsibility of the contractor. However, DHPP (N) will be issued by MES.

(f) DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance/ testing will be issued by MES.

(g) Representative of contractor shall maintain & update the maintenance/ breakdown register regularly and same will be checked by Engineer-in-Charge periodically.

(h) The monthly check shall be done once in a month but whenever breakdown occurs in DG set, the contractor has to attend all complaint unlimitedly through authorised service agent of the equipment/ machinery. The unit rate quoted per job is inclusive of periodical monthly checking of all DG sets located in different places as specified in BOQ and submission of inspection report

(j) The unit rate is deemed to be included for Cleaning of the surrounding area of DG set 5 mtr from plinth protection of E/M installations including removing of accumulated earth of any width and depth upto 15cm cleaning / Cutting the grass with hand operated petrol/ kerosene driven grass cutting machine and removing the grass waste to outside MD land.

(k) In case of minor defect, entire Job shall be completed within 06 hrs from the time of registration of complaint, failing which penalty charges @ Rs. 500/- per hours shall be recovered.

(l) In case of major defect, the period for attending of complaint shall be decided by the GE/EIC by accessing extent of repair required through joint inspection by Engineer-in-Charge and authorised service agent of the equipment at the site. If complaint is not rectified within the stipulated period and the GE is not satisfied with the reason for delay, then penalty at the rate of Rs. 600/- per hours shall be deducted from the dues of the contractor.

(m) Please note that above penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW - 2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract and shall be enforce above as and when delay in individual job is noticed and no claim whatsoever on this account shall be entertained by the Deptt.

(n) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

(o) The contractor should be responsible to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition for entire contract period.

M&L in replacement cable protection cover with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over cable perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Supply and fix 2 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and armoured cable with copper conductor including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 4 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and armoured cable with copper conductor including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance as required for all modernised infrastructure as described below under GE(AF) Sulur as follows:- (a) Servicing and repair/ maint/ replacement of defective components /spare parts of PLC based control panels including all accessories modem, antenna etc. installed at various pump houses, OHTs and Master control station for monitoring of water supply.

(b) Repair/maintenance by disconnecting connection for cleaning, lubricating, greasing for wear and tear complete servicing, refixing, lathing installing and commissioning of all motorised, solenoid valves, Pressure Switches, Ultrasonic and magnetic Level sensors etc complete as directed by Engineer-iniCharge.

(c) Servicing and maintenance /repair of defective components of PLC based control panels including all accessories, modem, antenna etc. installed at various locations for the monitoring of street light circuits.

The scope of work under this item are given below:- a) OHT-10 Nos (b) Water Supply Panels-60 Nos (c) No of Pump house-5 Nos (d) No of Motor operated Valve-134 Nos (Approx) (e) Pressure Switch-20 Nos (f) Ultra Sonic Sensor-17 Nos

(ii) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC)

Note for item No 194 to 198 :- (a) The comprehenive maint/ repair shall be carried out through the authorised representative of the OEM only.

(b) Cost of labour element towards removing of unserviceable/ defective spare part and re-fixing the serviceable spare part shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. Supply only spare part shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevent item.

(c) Any other spare parts which have not covered in the relevent item given here in below but are required to make system in functional condition deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

(d) The unit quoted rate shall be inclusive of One Engineer/ Supervisor per day, Two Technician per day having minimum 05 years experience in SCADA system. Documentary proof of experience of engineer/ technician shall be produced to Enginner-in-Charge before commencement of work. If extra manpower is required for smooth functioning of above mentioned system, rate for same deemed to be inclusive in unit quoted rate.

(e) Service Engineer of OEM or authorised service centre shall visit at least once in every month and during major break down or as and when required for the inspection, servicing, repair, rectification of problem and submission of report.

(f) All the charges for the communications, i.e. 01 Nos broad band connection with static IP at Kalpa Pump House and GPRS enabled data cards used in all PLC based panel related to this scope of work deemed to be inclusive in the quoted unit rate.

(g) SCADA reports related to above mentioned system shall be mailed to Engineer-in-Charge/ concerned JE on weekly basis.

(h) All complaints related to unservicability/ break down of the system shall be attended with in 8 hours, if failed to rectify the system within the stipulated time, a penalty @ Rs. 500 per day will be deducted from the dues of the contractor.

(j) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract.

(k) The decision of the Accepting Officer in this regard shall be final and binding.

(l) The servicing of Motorised valve, PLC base control Panels, communication Panels, shall be done by authorized representative of the Manufacturer only. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorized representative of the manufacturer. The technician shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer that servicing has been carried out by him .

(m) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC) shall be carried out by authorized representative of the Manufacturer (OEM) of PLC based Panels only. The programmer shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The programmer shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer (OEM) that servicing has been carried out by him.

(n) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys etc. (limited to the scope of work covered under this AMC) shall be carried out by authorized representative of the Manufacturer of PLC based Panels only. The technician shall submit a letter from the manufacturer as proof of his being a authorized representative of the manufacturer. The technician shall also submit a signed report on original letter head of the manufacturer that servicing has been carried out by him.

(d) Operator shall also be responsible to collect the completion/ update of work from concerned contractor/ JE and updation of job status in CMDS system.

(e) The operator shall submit lodged and compliance summary of complaints to the concerned AGE's/ BSO on regular weekly basis or as directed by GE.

(f) The cost of stationary, printer and cartridge required till the completion of the contract shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate .

(g) In case of any failure in functioning of CMDS or task mentioned in above Para (b), (c), (d) & (e), a penalty @ Rs 500/- per day will be deducted from the dues of the Contractor.

(h) Please note that this penalty is exclusively other than the condition 56 of IAFW-2249 and shall be treated as interim condition of the contract.

(b) Cost of labour element towards removing of unserviceable/ defective spare part and re-fixing the serviceable spare part shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. Supply only spare part shall be measured and paid seperately under the relevent item.

(c) Any other spare parts which have not covered in the relevent item given here in below but are required to make in functional condition deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.
