REPAIR/MAINT OF STREET LIGHT AND PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHT, HIGH MAST LIGHT AT DRONACHAL TOP BHOPAL

Material & labour for fabrication in repair of street light junction box of size 350 x240 x115 mm inner dimension made out of MS Sheet 2 mm thick with hinged doors, locking arrangements horizontal / vertical operated with 6 amps MCB SP, along with provision of 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of capacity 40 Amps and including 25mm x3mm MS flat iron clamps duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed including dismantling of existing unserviceble box. Note : MS clamp shall be measered and paid separetly under respective item

Attending daily complaints of Droanchal Top and Dronachal Base by deputing adequate number of Skilled teams of qualified Electrician and helper any time of the day ( Minimum 01 Skilled Electrician & 02 Helper ) for repair / tightening of end terminals of street light fitting, Flood light, LED strip on poles , High Mast light , Post top lanten of any size/capacity at any height and repair the street lights, Flood lights and Post Top lanten having minor faults i.e loose connections, carbon deposition , Shifting and refixing the same etc and make the light functional. After rectifying the defects of the electrical system replace the U/S items such as street light , flood lights, LED strips, MCBs TPN ,connection plate , thimbles and timmer small pieces of electrical cables PVC insulated copper multistranded conductor of sizes 2.5 Sqmm to 6 Sqmm twin core and length not increasing 1.5 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Complaint slip shall be part of the bill) and In Addition one 16 mtrs hight hydraulic vehicle with driver & operator of the same team will opearte and manage day to day street light Complaints and update the status of complaints on daily basis and confirmed throgh concerned JE E/M daily as per directed by Engr-in Charge.

Note:- (i)Complaint shall be done within 24 hrs after intimation by JE E&M Engineer-in-Charge failling which penalty of Rs 250 per day per complaint will be levied on contractor. (ii) One supervisor will report to JE E/M , Engineer -in-Charge on daily basis with complaint register. (iii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for Complaint slip/ Job card prepared and submitted on daily basis ( Format as per provided by the Engineer in Charge. (iv) This item pertains to attending complaints of street light/flood light/LED strips on poles/High mast, MCB, & timer panel including other minor items such as insulating tape, screws etc as required to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/Engr-in-Charge. (v) Items shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch 'A'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of caste and getting out in Hard / dense soil disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/disintergrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for clean, dry, unwashed sand filled in trenches for cushioning to cable complete all as specified. NOTE:- The depth of cushion after punning shall be measured.

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/ unserviceable UG cable of any description of size upto 50 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as directed. Note:-(i) Excavation / Earth work , sand & Brick shall be measured and paid seprate under relavent items.ii) New Cable shall be used if required at site and paid separately under respective items.

Relaying the serviceable cable taking out from item No 6 in same or other places after tracing out the fault with the help of megger and rectifying the defects. Note:(i) serviceable and unserviceable cable stacked seperately (ii) Straight through joint shall be measured and paid seprate under relevent item of schedule.

Laying only LT cable 1100 volts grade armoured of size upto 50 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core with Aluminium Conductor stranded including necessary connection complete with lugs, glands all as specified and directed (Excavation, earth work, returning filling, sand cushioning, brick protection to be measured and paid separately) Note:- Cable shall be issued under Sch "B" free for fixing only, from AGE E/M yard.

S&F heat shrinkable type straight through cable joint kit for 1.1 KV grade cable complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 10/16 Sqmm 2/4 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS flat iron for fabricating of clamp of various size as required at site for mounting/fixing of brackets and junction box on pole complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting of bituminous road/ floor for laying of pipe/cables n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m deep including refilling with material and watering Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using400 kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed. Note - PCC shall measured and paid separately.

Taking out short circuited / burnt out existing aluminium/copper wire and supply & replace weather proof PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor1.5 Sqmm flat / round,three core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of GI Pipe medium grade on road/pole/wall/floor for cable protection with fixing arrangement size 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete/hardcore of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for scratching out old bubbled paint, finishing the surface with one coat of aluminium primer & two coats of aluminium paint of 1st quality to street light steel tubuler poles of any height 7/9 mtr , any type (double swan, single swan) all as per site above embedded level, including pole number writting with white colour enamel paint on black colour circular base) with two coat of lime wash on pole coping all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only in replair of LED Street light fitting of any size and any wattage on electric pole of height up to 9 mtr long alongwith electrical connection and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge Note - Street light shall be issued under Sch B free for fixing only

Powder coated black after shochromate treatment. 45 watt, LED post top with IP65 protection, complete.

Supply and fixing GI bracket 1.2 mtr long 40 MM dia complete with MS clamp bolts and nuts for fixing of bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and Trimming of tree branches touching LT over head lines and trimming of branches in each span of LT over head line complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The item shall be repeated after three months from the date of first trimming as directed by Engr in charge. (b) Measurement and payment will be made for each cutting/trimming as a job.

Supply and fix in repair LT cable joiniting kit 1100Volts grade cable for indoor/outdoor joint heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitble for 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 to 70 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed wire, one twin core cable flat 4 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Automatic Street Light Switch Three phase with Nature Switch-03 as the controlling unit for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of Natural light. The Sensor (Nature switch) along with suitable power contractor, MCB and Support Terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust proof, Electric Shock proof, Termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound (Sintex make SMC Junction box) confirming to IP54. The contractor, MCB and circuit Wiring should suitable enough to take load 5 KW equally distributed over 3 phase (4 KW/Phase). The contractor rating 25 Amps (4-pole) and MCB(single pole) rating : 20-25 Amps(SP-03 Nos), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down High Mast light fittings mounting on cage from High mast pole of 12.5/16/20 mtrs height for repairing of LED/MH light fitting of any size/type and reinstalling the fitting/cage back to its position after carrying out repairs all as directed by EIC (Cost of LED spare parts will be measure seperately)

M&L for rewinding of existing burnt motor 2 HP of high mast light fitting with replacement winding wire and refixing the same alongwith proper alingment with steel rope etc including electrical connection and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of Existing High mast panel front door openable with 3.0 mm thickness MS sheet of size 0.9x0.6x0.6m powder coating paint including locking arrangement , Panel internal wiring of suitable size wire alongwith 63 Amp MCCB as incomer and 03 Nos 40 Amps MCB as outgoing and mounting on 40x40x6 mm MS angle and grouted in PCC complete including one coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as per directed by Engr-in-charge

Labour only for checking the serviceability of different spares/ components/ parts of High mast light fittings (LED, HPSV, HPMV, Metal Halide fittings etc, any wattage/ capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/ damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, cleaning acrylic/glass cover connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note :- (i) Fixing charges for Spare Parts of the new & old replaced part(s) is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for above items and cost of new parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only against respect items of Sch ‘A’./BOQ (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools, Vehicles etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, wire, gaskets and other minor items excluding the required spare parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor shall be paid for labour charges only once for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts in order to maintain the fitting in serviceable/working condition. (v) The accredited representative of Contractor shall daily report to JE E/M and receive the complaints and job card of U/S street lights on each working day and details his electrician for repair/rectification and make the street lights in serviceable condition.
