S & F BLDC ceiling fans, 90 - 300 V, 35 watt, 1200mm sweep, with minimum air delivery 210 CMM, BEE 5 star rated, white colour alongwith neccssory accessories including connecting with 3 core flexible wire from ceiling fan to ceiling rose and marking of MES No complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Crompton Model : Energion HS (Opal White) or any other equivalent make as specified in List of Manufacturers. Note: Warranty/ Guarantee cards shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, with louvers, single phase 230/240 volt 50 Hz AC supply, suitable MS brackets, nuts, bolts and fixing arrangement including making holes and necessary PCC work complete all as specified and directed. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of single phase electronic energy meters tamper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10-60 Amp, accuracy class- I 50Hz, confirming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show date, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH etc including fixing in meter box, connections to service mains and DB with suitable copper wires complete and making good disturbed surface with wall care putty/ white cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Wires required for connections and meter box shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule. S & F single core 6.0 sqmm multi-stranded copper cable including copper lugs and connectors of suitable size and capacity, as required, for providing connections from servicemains to energy meter DB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F single core 10.0 sqmm multi-stranded copper cable including copper lugs and connectors of suitable size and capacity, as required, for providing connections from servicemains to energy meter DB complete all as specified and directed.

S & F SMC meter box with viewing glass, single door with locking arragement of suitable size for fixing of single phase electronic energy meter complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to GI earth wire 4mm dia by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc including 20mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip, connecting the earth lead to earth connection in the main distribution box with lugs and GI nuts, bolts etc as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 including neccessary earth work in any strata, PCC earth chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 100mm thick precast RCC cover and earth test point and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: If desired earth resistance is not obtained on testing after completion, the earthing shall be redone without any extra cost.
