ROAD, PATH & CULVETS

M&L for preparation of new/previously untreated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paint and making of guide lines, dashes,arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2.0 to 2.5 mm thick, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required, using glass beads necessary for acheiving reflection on roads, pavements and the like of any description and any width all as per MORTH clause 803.4 and BS 6088 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for cat eye road stud of size 90mm x 110mm x 17mm made of heavy ABS body conforming to ASTM standard having load capacity of 60 ton wtih reflectors on both sides and fixing with epoxy on road complete all as specified and directd

M&L for factory made pre-cast cement concrete kerb stone of design mix M-35 grade size 900mm length, 300mm height, bottom width 125mm and top width 80mm , Kerb stone should be manufactured in joint less moulds on vibration compaction table and finished smooth as per required shape, size and pattern and setting in position, in cement mortar 1:4, jointing and pointing with cement mortar 1:2 complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL & AREA DRANAGE

Supply and Fixing in repairs, SFRC drain cover of size 1500mm x 300mm x70mm thick laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING (RWH)

M & L for providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910, on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786, having minimum cross section as 23 mmx25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry manhole (silt chamber type) inside size 1.2m x 0.9m x 1.20m deep with FPS brick class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm, reinforced with 18.92 kg /sqm, 200mm thick PCC in foundation (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 12mm thick cement plater in side in CM 1:3 finished with using extra cemet, 75 mm thick PPC 1:2:4 tupe B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in bed concrete of chamber, excluding cost of manhole cover and frame complete all as specfied and directed. (NOTE: Manhole cover and frame shall be measured and paid seperately)

Complete as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge lifting at any height, loading, unloading all taxes charges, all I & M, T&P as complete.

Providing and fixing of CGWB/GRIHA certified rain filteration 700mm dia with 300 mm dia inlet and outlet to accumulate storm water having desilting suspended solid catcher made out of FRP with strainers steel 304 grade strainers ,having steel bucket of 600 micron capable of eliminating finer particulate matter upto 160mmircon filtration made of SS net with long fiber foam of 25 mm thickness green color, filtration capacity 40-80 kiloliters complete in accordance to the design, drawing and specification complete as per entire satisfaction of Engir-in-Charge. Total depth of filter shall be 2000mm including two filer extension. Lifting at any height, loading, unloading all taxes charges, all I & M, T&P as complete.

Extra for add or deduct for providing fixing FRP (FIBER REINFORCED POLYMER) based micro filter drum/extension of 700 mm dia on in CGWB/GRIHA certified rain filter dia Accordance to the design, drawing and specification complete as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge lifting at any height, loading, unloading all taxes charges, all I&M, T&P as complete.

M & L for fixing of CGWB certified rain Co-polymer based rainwater harvesting structure including supply of size 494mm x 494mm x 220mm (each unit) with minimum void ration of 94.7% having a weight of 1.8 kg and spacers having size of 968mm x 240mmx 25mm having a weight of 0.8 kg of approved make and arranging the same in as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and in complete accordance to the design, drawings. The rates are inclusive of all necessary transportation, loading, unloading excise, vat control etc. as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge lifting at any height, loading, unloading all taxes charges, all I& M, T&P as complete.

Providing and fixing polyethylene pipe of working pressure 6Kg per square cm confirming to IS: 4985 including jointing with sealing ring confirming IS 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion 300 mm dia PVC pipe, lifting at any height, loading, unloading all taxes charges, all I & M, T&P as complete job nothing extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

Supplying, providing and placing in position 100mm thick factory made batched and machine mixed Precast RCC rectangular cover for drains of footpath of various sizes, of M25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning finished surface, properly encased on all edges with MS sheet duly painted over primer coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos 12mm dia bars for hooks etcand fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F manhole cover with frames of required shape and approved quality H D -20 circular shape 560mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of FRP based access chambers, each having of size 500mm x 500mm x 500mm to have access in the tank complete in accordance to the dsign drawings and specification complete all as specified.

S&F of HDPE high eva liner having thickness of 1.2 mm for the collection of water heat welding onsite and off site as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing C I butterfly valve with gear, 300mm dia (for first rain driver) complete all as specified.

Note :- The work of rainwater harvesting shall be carried out by Authorised applicator of Manufacturer. The sample & complete litrature of RWH system shall be got approved by Accepting Officer and shall be executed as per drawing.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix MCCB 250 Amps 4 pole 36 KA 415 Volts 50 Hz with adjustable type and magnetic setting making electrical connections with suitable size aluminium/copper lugs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per srl item No.6.01 here in before but 160 Amps 25 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, 50 Hz factory fabricated in an approved factory with CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust and vermin proof and general constructions conforming to IS : 8623/93. The LT panel shall be front and back openable and having inner and outer shells. The inner shells duly compartmentalized for each control gears.The panel should have 400 Amps rated aluminium bus bar 4 Nos. The panel should have the following incoming and out going contrails duly fixed with the panel by means of suitable

link plates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. (PCC platform of suitable size for mounting the the feeder pillar box is deemed to be included in the quoted rate . INCOMING (i) MCCB 200A 4 pole 36KA with electronic releas setting -1 Nos (ii) Digital Multi functional meter VAFPP (voltage current. frequency power factor) - 1 No. (iii) Phase indicator lamp (LED type) - 1 Set.(set of three) OUTGOING (i) MCCB 100A 4 pole ,16 KA with adjustable thermal & fixed magnetic setting - 03 Nos. (Two Nos for building and One spare).

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any type/any size including wires, PVC/ steel conduits etc including making good to disturbed surfaces area complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old unserviceable TPN/ SPN DBs of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old tube light fitting single / double rod , CFL fitting and bulk head fitting of any type complete all as specified and directed.
