Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide, and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade Stone Aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete, type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, riser plate form, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides of concrete for beam of railing work complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slab such as floor slab , roof slab, lintel band etc and similar work having finished surface of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

TMT round bars 6mm to 8mm dia, over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips confirming to Fe-410W (grade E-250) or Fe 290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick Black Granite (table rubbed and polished) in pillars fixed with suitable clip by cutting groove in granite stone and in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beam complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GRC jallies of 25 to 35 mm thick of good quality fixed to the walls and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n-exc 50 m and deposing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
