Cat (A) -Items to be supply and installation

Supply installation testing comissioning of 2000 kgs capacity service lift, machine room less type elevator design conforming to latest lift act. Modern Lift with microprocessor including AC-VVVF controller in existing lift well/shaft having minimum speed of 1.0 m/s for every travel of 13.50 meter height ,Ground plus 2 floors (G +2). Lift shall servicing 3 stops and 3 landings on same side. The lift shall be complete with factory enamelled /paint finish for car enclosure ,ceiling car doors,landing doors shall be 16 G vandal proof stainless steel door. The lift euipemnts will be installed in the machine room directly above the lift well. All lift equipments ,i/c car,car doors,self levelling devices,control devices, indicators,landing doors, buffer ropes saftey ropes, i/c all wiring connections ,interconnections and all connected equipments shall be as per specifications. The work also includes all structural items in machine room and above the lift well like RCC block & MS sections. Agency shall made provision for telephone point and additional buzzer point in car panel. IISER will extend buzzer point as per site requirement.Please check details given on page no 51. Rate shall include approval /obtaining completion certificate from the electrical/lift inspectorate of Goverment of Maharshtra for installtion and commissioning of lifts before handing over the entire installtion of the lift. Cat (B) - Buy Back Items

Buyback of Existing Lift : Buyback of Existinng Kone make Service ( material) lift, on as is where is basis. Bidder shall inspect the existing lift and quote accordigly. Lifts details as below Lift travel 13.50 meter Ground plus 2 floors (G +2 ), 2000 kgs capacity service lift, machine room less type elevator design. Lift is servicing 3 stops and 3 landings on same side.The lift is with factory enamelled /paint finish for car enclosure ,ceiling car doors,landing doors vandal proof stainless steel door and handle inside car. Lift with microprocessor including AC-VVVF controller having minimum speed of 1.0 m/s. The lift is complete with factory enamelled /paint finish for car enclosure ,ceiling car doors,landing doors shall be 16 G vandal proof stainless steel door and handle inside car. The lift euipemnts will be installed in the machine room directly above the lift well. All lift equipments ,i/c car,car doors,self levelling devices,control devices, indicators,landing doors, buffer ropes saftey ropes, i/c all wirring connections ,interconnections and all connected equipment This work included complete dismatling of existing lifts, liftsparts,cars,doors etc and shifting of all materials. Ladder, scaffholding, tool, tackles, labour, transporation, etc required to dismantle and shifting material is in scope of agency. Agency shall take note that , agency shall provide credits notes to IISER Pune for buyback items in final bills. L1 agency shall be decide after deducting buyback price from quoted prices.
