Construction of Road and Drain at Lokanath Vihar in Ward No. 10

Earthwork excavation of foundation in all kind of soil within 50 mtr initial lead, 1.5 mtr initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30mtr depths and as per specification and direction of E-I-C.

Supply and filling in foundation and plinth with river sand, in layers including watering, with cost, conveyance, royalties, and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, carriage of water, sundries T & p required for the work etc all complete as per the specification & direction of E-I-C

Cement concrete in prop. (1:4:8) in foundation using 4 cm size HGCB metal of quality from approved quarry washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering, curing etc to required level lincluding cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials, shoring, shuttering and dewatering with cost of all labours, hire and running charges of washing pumps, sundries and T & P such as concrete mixer, concrete vibrator required for the work etc, complete as per specificationand direction of E-I-C

RCC M-25 with 20mm size downgraded CBHG chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes etc. complete of all materials to work site as per the specificatiosn approved by the department and the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary) coiled/bent up M.S. rods/Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 guage binding wire required for R.C.C. work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wires will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S. rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works etc complete as per direction of EIC

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for RCC or CC work(F&P) including false works, supplying of centering materials, its hire charges, cost of labour T & P and dismentalling after casting the concrete etc all complete as per direction of EIC

Providing & Laying Sub base with Stone dust of approved quality & from approved quarry laid in layers not exceeding 100mm thick,watering & compacting to proper camber & consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR with cost,conveyance,royalities & taxes of all materials and all labour T&P Sundries etc.complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stagesto proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of course agrregate watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificaton for Road & Bridge works USING GRADE - (I) METAL USING STONE SCREENED DUST.

Providing, laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stagesto proper grade and camber applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of course agrregate watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specificaton for Road & Bridge works. USING GRADE - (II) METAL (63 mm. to 45 mm.) USING STONE SCREENED DUST.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mmm thick C.C. Paver Blocks of M-30 grade With approved colour design Pattern etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Cost towards Plantation of Tree 6'-0" height with Tree Guard and maintenance of 1 Year.

Cost of Transperency Display board with colouring and lettering including all cost, conveyance and labour charges etc. and other unforseen items if any
