Augmentation up-gradation of electromechanical equipments along with allied works at 17.08 MLD STP Brari-Numbal

Part-A: Up gradation of Electromechanical machinery: - Dismantling of existing (10 no) surface aerators in aeration tanks, aerobic digester, Carriage scrapper assembly at the bottom of aeration tank and sludge concentrator including all allied accessories like motors, gear boxes, starters ,fans, cabling etc. along dismantling (02 no) mechanical grit removal assemblies. The job also includes dismantling of Civil structure foundation of Aerator bases. The job also includes shifting of old scrap to the divisional store at Alluchibagh.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Mechanical Fine screen SS 304 with length : breadth ratio as 1:3 with thickness of bars as 5 mm and spacing between the bars as 6 mm. It shall have minimum submerged area of 0.50m² -1.0 m²

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of conveyer belt system for the disposal of trash removed by the mechanical screen. The size of the conveyer belt shall be as per site requirement.
