Dismantling of existing BER Goods lift 1500 Kgs to serve G+ 02 upper floor of any make complete with all accesories such as M/C (machine), Doors, Guide rails, CWT (counter weight), Car , Rope, Wiring and Control panel etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge. (Note : 1. Lift loc : Boot Pool 2. All taking down items of lift issued to contractor against schedule of credit)

Material and labour for 16-18 mm thick mirror polished black granite slab, machine cut, mirror polished set on vertical surfaces 300 mm width all around with lift facial elevation including back casting in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick and joint filling with white cement with pigment to match with shade of granite for lift architrave at all floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel up to the test point all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I connected to lifts including PCC chamber pit, CI cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 50 mm dia for earth lead and 20mm GI pipe for watering , excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcol and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete including connecting up to machine drive motor and control panel and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Supply and laying aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm from test point to lift machine room to be terminated to the control panel, machine and other equipment installed in machine room complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water at height of machine room located at (G + 2) in lift shaft complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement & height. upto 05 th floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall / lift shaft and applying two coats of oil bound distemper incl primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge

Taking down old unserviceable cable . Supply and lay in repair cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core. laid in duct / along pole/wall tc including making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCCB sheet metal enclosure includung MCCB of 100 amp capacity four pole type including necessary fitting and fixture locking arrangement and welded holding flat angle all side and fixing arrangement including taking down old sheet metal enclosure complete all as directed.

Design, supply,install, testing and comissioning of Goods cum Passenger lift having capacity 1500 Kgs , Speed min 1.0 meter per second, with Gearless Machine, 415 Volts, 3 phase , AC 50 Hz supply, conforming to IS 14665, suitable to serve G+02 upper floors with AC variable voltage and variable frequency drive (VVVF Drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic and manual dual controlled operation, with/without attendant, center opening doors with door drive (Electric motor drive mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors. automatic rescue device (ARD) system, infra red door sensor in full height of door and built in announcing system without handset (03 Nos one each in car, machine room, and near ground floor landing) complete with all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Car indicator : Shall be proivided with audio announcing system with music. Stop and Opening : 03 Stops and 03 Openings all on the same side. Emergency services :- (a) Automatic Rescue Devices (ARD), to be operating with maintenace free batteries to bring the car to the nearest floor level and auto opening for evacuation of passengers in the event of power failure, (b). Overload Relays, Contactor and Fuses, Electrical terminals of high quality, Limit switch with accessories on each floor, Gravity Counter weight as well as over hoisting/ over lowering limit switches for top most position and Phase sequence corrector, (c) Fire emergency operation, (d) Emergency operation for power failure, (e) Earthquathquake emergency operation.

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of fully automatic electrically operated, gearless with machine room, passenger lift with a carrying capacity of 1500 Kgs (or) as per CA Schedule (passangers/Goods Lift) to serve up to G+2 upper floors with speed of 1.0 mtr per sec with single speed motor and AC single speed motor and AC variable voltage, variable frequency control, automatic levelling device to bring the lift car to exact landing level, simplex automatic operation with or without attendant including telescopi centre opening stainless steel sliding door and landing door shutters with stainless steel finish and indicators at each floor (01 lift) at Boot Pool Note - DLP of 24 month will be start from the date of completion of work (for first year & second year) and repair/replacement /maintenance of spare parts without extra cost by contractor within DLP.

1st year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 3rd year) (for 01 Lifts)

2nd year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 4th year) (for 01 Lifts)

3rd year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 5th year) (for 01 Lifts)

Notes:- Note 11.01 to 11.03 :- (a)Contractor shall carryout comprehensive maintenance (routine, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) as per existing rules and regulation given by govt and department and maintain all the lifts in seviceable condition 24 Hrs x 365 days without any extra cost during Defect Liability Period of 24 months. (b) After expiry of the defects liabilty period of 24 (months) from the certified date of completion of work , the Government reserves the right to order the contractor to carry out Comprehensive Maintenance services of the lift provided by him in accordance with terms and conditions detailed and specifications enclosed thereoff. In the event of Govt exercising the above right, the terms of comprehensive maintenance service contract shall be for a period of three years. Total period of comprehensive maintenance service contract of the lift shall be for three years from the expiry date of the defects liability period. (c) This contract shall be operative for the period of three years after expiry of defect liability period only for the purpose of Comprehensive Maintenance of the lifts. (d) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only (e) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (f) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell or as directed for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (g) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department.

(h) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday. (j) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. (k) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material (l) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (m) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (n) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of maharashtra for maintenance & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.
