Supply and fix pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and GI Nuts 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix shackle type porcelain vitreous white insulator 1100 volt grade 75 mm in height and 90 mm dia including galvanised mild steel strap of size 31x3mm, 12 mm dia insulators bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying LT under ground cable XPLE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 V grade armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including testing commissioning of size 50 mm², 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed .

Material and Labour for GI tubing light grade incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of 50 mm dia size complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stone slab(patti), roughly hammer dressed stone, 40 to 50 mm thick, 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:4:8)Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Install of LT Feeder Bus Bar Enclosure cubicle type with RYB indication lamp, floor mounted type, comprising of Aluminum Bus bars TPN 200 Amp rating mounted on angle iron stand of size suitable size incl imbeded in PCC outdoor type made out 1.6 mm thick with CRCA sheet, wheather proof with locking arrangement duly painted complete incl necessary earth work and PCC complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing any type and any size of broken poles including insulatorscomplete all as specified and directed. NOTE- (i) Rates includes demolition of concrete and making good.
