M & L for RCC (1:2:4) nominal Mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in chajjas,parapet facia etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) nominal Mix using 20mm graded aggregate as in slab supported on walls,beam and column in floors, roof, landing, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc. with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25MM thick cement concret Type B-1 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in flooring etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15MM thick rendering in CM (1:3) on brick or concrete surfaces in two layers mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in top 5mm thick, finishing the surfaces with even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- WPC measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for Bitumen blown any grade , applied hot, two coats to concrete surfaces at the rate of 1.5Kg /sqm per coat. Including polythene film, black , 50 micron laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for repairing sunken floors leakage by taking out existing nahani trap or floor traps carefully by digging out from its position and provision of new PVC (SWR) nahani trap 100mm dia and joining the same to existing waste pipe and ensure leak proof joints including PCC 1:5:10, Type E-2 and making good the adjoining area to match with existing floor tiles etc with PVC NT / FT, CP steel grating 100 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repairing of cracks n.exc 10mm in width including preparation of cracks by removing loose portion of cracks with grinding, dusting with blowers and washing down, applying crack filling material (Dr Fixit, Crack -X paste) in cracks making surface good complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for roofs complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster. (b) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces. (c) One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric shall be unrolled surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame. (d) Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 0.10Kg/Sqm.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
