Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipe (500mm dia).

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work Second coat).

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanizd iron / steel work.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by MT/HL)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 4.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 4.00 Km. by M.T. c) Stone aggregate (Crusher bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Billawar crusher for an average lead of 4.00 Km. by M.T.
